| The gondola staff was first-class. The scenery was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. I used this event to propose to my girlfriend (best decision I ever made). The staff was very helpful and discreet so I could maintain the surprise. We did have to reschedule, but the staff was very accommodating with this as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a romantic day or evening. | ||||||

| I chose this as a unique birthday gift for a friend. It was absolutely fantastic!! We went in the evening, the lights from Boston, the stars in the sky, the gondelier and the accordian player set the ambience for a truly romantic and outstanding experience!! Thank you!!! | ||||||

| A beautiful experience that was a first for my wife and I. However, at the end of the tour we both felt that is was a little expensive for the ride. The ride was more like 40 minutes than 50. The accordion player is a must, if not, it's very quiet out there on the river(unless that's what you want). We both thought is was more worth $80-$90 + tip, not $147 plus $25 tip. | ||||||

| Enjoy the ride and conversation. The weather was beautiful and the gondola ride was fantastic. Just enough time to put the feet up, take in the scenery and relax. Highly recommend and evening tour - we started in the early evening while still light and at the conclusion of our ride, it had just begun to get dark. We saw the river banks and city lighting up the evening skies. | ||||||

| Riding the Gondola on the Charles River is a beautiful, romantic, and unique experience. We have been on the Gondola twice, and we recommend an evening ride if you want a more quiet and serene experience. It is truely a once in a life time experience in the U.S.A. | ||||||

| This was the highlight of a group of friends (6 women) taking a get away trip to Boston. The earlier times were booked, so we reserved 8:00 pm. We were concerned it would be a little late, but it was perfect. It was dusk and the lights of the city were just coming on, which made for a beautiful backdrop. The gondolier, Stephano, and the accordian player, Melaina, were authentic and superb. It would be a wonderful ride for couples, friends or families. | ||||||

| I personally would without a doubt in my mind recommend the gondola tour to everyone. The gondolier was very friendly and she definitely made the tour a very enjoyable one. Unfortunately we did arrive late so our experience was cut a little short, but next time we're in Boston we will be going back. Thank you very much for everything. | ||||||

| This was probably the most romantic thing my husband and I have done in nine years of marriage. The gondolere and the accordianist were great. Her voice was beautiful and we made some encore requests. Seemed like no one else was around. Beautiful roses and snacks to enjoy. Overall amazing | ||||||

| I can’t imagine a more romantic evening than dinner in a nice restaurant, followed by a cruise in a gondola with roses, strawberries and chocolate. These folks have thought of every detail and spare no effort to provide you with an unforgettable experience. My lady was reduced to a puddle of joyful tears and has not stopped talking about this to everyone she knows and several she didn’t. Gentlemen, it’s not a matter of ‘if,’ it must be a matter of ‘when.’ If you are within 100 miles of Boston, sign up for this truly magnificent experience. It’s easily worth twice the price. After this, I figure I can do no wrong for at least a decade! | ||||||

| What a fun and romantic outing for a couple in love. My wife and I really did not know what to expect when we signed up for the gondola ride on a whim. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. The gondolier went out of his way to make sure that both of us were comfortable. The Charles River provides a very romantic setting. The gondolier and the accordian player were very friendly but careful not to be obtrusive. They allow you all the privacy you like. The accordian player was not only talented with her instrument, but she had a beautiful singing voice as well. In addition to playing traditional Italian love songs, she entertained us by improvising an accordian rendition of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame", sensing that my wife and I were both big Red Sox fans. Two thumbs way up! | ||||||

| I used this opportunity to propose to my girlfriend of four years. Before we arrived I was contacted by an employee who gave me detail ofs the entire gondola ride and best places to propose. They had arranged with the gondalier to stop at a very lovely spot. I was also pleased when I asked the accordian player to video tape the proposal and she did a fantastic job. The gondolier and accordian player offered to be very quiet for us during the trip but being tourists we had many questions to ask and they answered everyone of them. It was quite a memorable trip and I we will do it again every couple years. We went out at nine o'clock in July and I definately recommend going out at either 8:30pm or 9pm because the first 20 minutes is beautiful in the light but once you get out past the bridges the city is amazing in the dark. | ||||||

| Booked this as a special treat on a recent trip to Boston. Managed to get it to concide with sunset to add a little something extra. This was easily the best thing about our trip, besides watching the Yankees beat the Sox at Fenway! From the moment we boarded the gondola, our driver made us feel at ease. We were encouraged to take off our shoes, put our feet up, and relax. There was an unobtrusive accordian player who quietly played classics in the background. They also provided us with a wine bucket to chill a bottle of wine or champagne for our ride. This ride is a private way to enjoy seeing the city from a different perspective without the crowds of the duck boats or ferries. Perhaps a little pricy, but not much more than you would pay in Venice for the same amount of time on the river. Great for a special or romantic occasion. | ||||||

| This was an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience. Our original tour got cancelled 2x due to rain, but they were more than accommodating and when we finally went it was unbelievable - so beautiful and peaceful... we did the tour right at sunset - there were no other boats on the water and the view of the Boston skyline was breathtaking. It was quiet, peaceful and the accordian player was the icing on the cake. On that river at dusk with just a lantern in the front of the boat and the view of the city...It was as if the whole world had stopped for this newly wed couple! ***Want a romantic time with that special someone - HIGHLY recommended! | ||||||
