Gondola di Venezia

I took my girlfriend as a surprise for our 1-year anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. Being out on the Charles on the still water far enough away from land to have it be silent except for the accordion music was very relaxing. It's beautiful to see downtown that way. It was all very romantic, with details like chocolates and strawberries and (fake) candles. The staff was very friendly and I'm glad we opted for the live music because I can't imagine it being a recording. I definitely recommend this tour!

The gondola tour was fantastic from the service to the boat itself. It was all I hoped it would be an more. When it was over I wished I could go around again for another ride.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Il Bacio gondola ride. My gondolier was friendly and wanted nothing more than to make sure we had an excellent time. We went on the 6pm tour, which was a perfect time to catch the last sunlight of the day. I would absolutely recommend a gondola ride to couples. We had a great time!

Our gondola ride thoroughly exceeded our expectations. My husband and I suprised my parents with the ride and the four of us had a wonderful time. The gondolier was so friendly and the ride was great. We had a singer/acordian player as well and she was fabulous - it truly added to the entire experience. This is a relaxing, peaceful, romantic way to see the beauty of the city. Thank you so much!

It was an amazing experience. It was my husbands birthday and I decided to surprise him. He loved it!. Everything was just perfect,Carlo and Melania were friendly and made us very comfortable. I would strongly recommend that you schedule the night sessions.

Excellent service, loved the live accordion

I got this gondola ride for my girlfriend for our anniversary. We arrived there and gondolier was extremely nice to us and giving us a brief history of the gondola. Then we where introduced to our accordion player. We then set off and it was amazing. They give you a little basket with cheese and crackers and we where able to bring our own bottle of champagne on the boat. The sunset, live accordion music, and the beautiful Boston skyline was just amazing. We where out on the water for a little under an hour. My girlfriend loved it and so did I. I grew up 20 minutes from Boston and have lived around here my whole life and this was one of the best thing I have done here. I would definitely recommend this!. Five stars!!!

The gondola river cruise was gifted to us by my friend - I went in with moderate expectation but came back pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. We started right on time and the gondolier and the singer on board (Carlo and Bella - you guys rock!) were so friendly right from the begining. The whole setup is soo romantic and unreal - strawberries, cheese, wine, live music and the sunset - I couldnt help but feel like we were in Venice:). I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy some quiet time to themselves. The 7:30 pm tour is apt cause you can see the city all lit up! Overall - we had an awesome time.

Friendly gondola person, made us feel very comfortable. Italian music great, could be a tiny bit louder

I personally would without a doubt in my mind recommend the gondola tour to everyone. The gondolier was very friendly and she definitely made the tour a very enjoyable one. Unfortunately we did arrive late so our experience was cut a little short, but next time we're in Boston we will be going back. Thank you very much for everything.

I had a great time. The accordion was awesome. FYI: if you do an afternoon ride, make sure you bring sunglasses because the sun will be directly in your face for half the ride.

That was the most wonderful day I have ever experienced. My boyfriend told me that he had a suprise for that Saturday, but he gave no clue about what would it be like. The day started with a beautiful red roses, then he took me to the riverside, with the beautiful view of Charles River we started to wait for something. I started to get very curious for what could happen, he told me that we were upto something, but what?????????? Then the Gondola di Venezia staff greeted us and they told us our gondola was ready. I got very excited at that moment because I realized that we were upto something very very special. After we took our seats they brought me beautiful pink roses, a picnic basket, and a bottle of wine. We opened the picnic basket which had a candel, two glasses, and some snacks like strawberries, chocolates, crakers and cheese... Moreover there was a musician who played romantic love rthyms with accordion all trip long. Then we started our tour on Charsles River when sun slowly started to down. We kissed while crossing under every bridge, because they told us it brings luck. Finally my love suddenly took out a little white box, a ring box. He looked into my eyes and asked me to marry him, I said YESSSS... I love him so much and I would like to thank to the staff working there and to the person who brings that special oppurtunity to Boston. Thank you all, that was the most special, wonderful day I have ever lived. Thank you... :)

This was a great activity, the gondola ride was very relaxing and fun. Everyone was helpful and very nice. I would do this again hands down.

I went on the 930pm outing and arrived about 40 minutes early. I was very impressed with the set up and layout of it all...very romantic location. The boats seemed to be running about 15 minutes behind, but this was not a big deal. My boyfriend and i were very excited and found it to be very romantic. The accordian player was talented and nice, as was our gondolier. Few cons: After going on it I've decided its a bit overpriced....Also, while the atmosphere can be very romantic, you need to be able to drown out storrow drive as the boat goes along side it. It wasn't too bad, just teh occassional distraction or headlight glaring. I would definitely recommend to do it once, but i'm not sure I'd go on it again.
