| After having a wonderful experience a week ago, my wife and I decided to give a gondola ride as a gift to her parents. We managed to surprise them and it was perfect, they absolutely love it. I think my favorite thing about the gondolas is that most people don't know about it, so it truely is a surpise up until the last second. | ||||||

| I arranged a gondola ride for my mothers 74 birthday. I was concerned about her walking the short distance over the footbridge to the site and talked with the coordinator Megan about it. She was wonderful and understanding and made arrangements for us to drop her off right at the half shell. The day of the surprise Megan called to tell us that there was an event that prohibited our plan to drop off and she arranged to meet us at our parking area and would drive my mom over to the site. Everything went smoothly, Megan met us with her gondola outfit on waving at the corner! My mom was so surprised. It was a beautiful day and the gondola was so enchanting. My two daughters and I gave her birthday kisses under every bridge for good luck. She told us that it was the best surprise anyone had ever given her and she loved every minute of it! Thank you for a great memory, Megan! | ||||||

| The Gondola ride is a delightful way to see the breathtaking views of "Boston-by-the-Charles". Our entire family enjoyed the very peaceful ride as we gazed at the sights around us. We got some beautiful pictures! Our "Captain", Marco, provided us with great comfort and a very smooth ride. The basked of treats added a nice touch to compliment our beverages. We couldn't think of a better way to spend such a pleasant Mother's Day. We will surely take another trip down the Charles via the "Gondola di Venezia" some time soon! Thank you ! | ||||||

| A combination 30th wedding anniversary and my wife's 50th birthday this was a great choice. Different and unique, we had a young Italian gondolier and a young lady accordian player. I realize the snack food that was included has to appeal to a wide range of customers, for us it could have been better but it did not take away from the experience. We went at sunset and drew smiles from onlookers. Prior to our tour we were told the story behind the gondolas in Boston. Handcrafted in Italy by master artisans whose ranks are fast dwindling these "original" gondolas are unique to Boston outside of Venice Italy. A BIG thumbs up!! | ||||||

| We had a perfect evening. We brought a picnic dinner to the Esplanade an then went on this splendid, relaxing , peaceful ride. The accordian player was unobtrusive and the music low key. An excellent way to spend an evening. | ||||||

| From the moment I called to let the gondola driver know that I might be late, Joe couldn't have been nicer. I was crying I was so upset, I had planned this big surprise, and I was afraid I might miss the trip, but everyone was great. The gondola itself was gorgeous, such a beautiful boat, and the pampering made me feel like a princess for a day. The view of the Boston skyline was magnificent, and Joe was great about explaining about the gondola itself and its history in Boston. I was such a romantic night, I will always remember it, and I now would love to go to Venice, although I doubt the experience would be as special. I can't tell you how many people walking along the bridges of the esplanade took our picture, we must be in many holiday memory shots. Thanks again, I truly had a wonderful time, and can't wait to do this again. P.S. I have recommended this adventure to everyone at work, and 3 people have booked a trip based on my experiences. | ||||||

| I arranged this event for our 30th anniversary. My wife loved it. Our host was gracious and welcoming. The gondola ride was out of the ordinary without being cheesy. We had a perfect evening, warm but comfortable and it was great to float along the Charles sipping champagne as the sun set and the music played. I heartily recommend it for a special event or to impress someone special (or both!). | ||||||

| The smooth gondola ride, lovely music, roses, chocolates, Italian treats and Boston skyline all are a recipe for romance. My wife felt like a queen as the gondoliere helped her into her seat. We spent the next hour drifting along the Charles River to celebrate our wedding anniversary.......the rest of the world sped along at its frenzied pace. What an wonderful, and easy, way to celebrate a special occasion! | ||||||

| timeliness and courteousness of staff were excellent. Complementary cheese, crackers, chocolates, and strawberries were delicious but portions were "skimpy." Accordian player was nice touch. | ||||||

| We celebrated 3 friends turning 60 by surprising them with the gondula tour on the Charles River. We travel together often and were unable to do so this year, so we brought a bit of Italy to our "60 and sensational" celebration. The gondolier and our accordianist made this a most memorable evening. It was a spectacular way to enjoy our city, the river and our friends. | ||||||

| My husband surprised me on our 20th anniversary with a gondola ride before taking me out for a very romantic dinner. It was the perfect (as was the weather) with the sun setting across the Charles and Pellegrino playing "The Anniversary Song" on the accordion. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to commemorate a special occasion or just wanting to do something a bit different and very memorable. Thank you! | ||||||

| It was a beautiful fall day, unfortunately the sun was in our eyes going out, but there was an umbrella provided. Cheese/crackers little on the stale side. Overall a very nice experience. Would recommend it to others. | ||||||
