I WOULD RECOMMEND THE GONDOLA RIDE TO ANYBODY THAT VISITS BOSTON. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE TIMING (AT SUNSET) WAS GREAT. I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH I PROPOSED TO MY GIRLFIEND ON THE ST CHARLES!!

I booked this just one day in advance, hoping to make my fiance's birthday something to remember. I really can't say enough how incredible this experience was, from the professionalism of the gondola team, to the romantic sounds of the accordion music as we drifted peacefully along the Charles River. Although it helped to have a virtually perfect sky-blue day, what really made it perfect was the look on her face when we arrived, and the complete relaxation she experienced during the trip. The hour felt endless, and with the bottle of champagne we picked up at a small local wine shop on Charles Street before we arrived (and placed nicely on ice by the gondola team!), this was a day to remember!

It was Fantastic! The workers where highly skilled, warm and really shaped the evening. No words can discribe a Gondalla ride. Every couple that wants a ride that is romantic and special should go.

The Mezza Luna gondola tour exceeded our expectations. From the polite, amiable staff to the grand views of Cambridge and Boston on the quiet Charles, everything about the tour is top notch. The gondola itself is an impressive piece of craftsmanship worth admiring if you can take your eyes away from the scenery. The accordion serenade is a nice addition to the overall mood of the tour. This has to be one of Boston's best-kept secrets. Highly recommended.

I took my wife out to Boston for a Saturday night and we went ona Gondola ride at 930. it was anamazing time. We were actually in Venice (Nov 2006) and it brought us right back. The Gondolas are right from Venice. The customer service was amazing. Just an all around great time.

I didn't know what to expect, but I was really happy with the outcome. I surprised my wife with the ride and it was amazing. Our original time slot of 4:30pm had to get pushed back to 9pm due to the winds that day, but it was a blessing in disguise. I dropped off some wine and snacks ahead of time and the staff had it prepared and ready to go by the time we got there. We launched off right as the sun was setting and were the only boat on the Charles at the time. We had a great view of the city all lit up and really enjoyed the experience. I would really recommend this to anyone!

I planned our tour as a surprise and boy was it. My family had no idea that these Condolas existed in Boston.My wife said this was one of the most romantic things someone can do in the city. I was surprised at how many people took our pictures as we cruised down the river. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The Gondola ride was simply beautiful and amazing. I took my wife for her birthday and it made the whole day turn into a special and memorable moment. Not only was it a unique experience, it was very relaxing. There is a distinct feeling that you are alone that brings a peacefulness to the ride. The soft melodies of the accordian are euphoric, and the service of all those involved in the operation was unrivaled. I thank everyone for making it such a wonderful experience that I cannot wait to repeat with my wife again and again.

The gondola ride was a great time. Definately corny but really fun. Probably wouldn't be fun a second time.

I was celebrating my wife's birthday and the weather outside was a little frightful. A representative from GondolaTours contacted me well before my departure time to let me know that they were rescheduling our tour to another date. Since we lived locally, it was fine by us, but little did I know we were going to get some of the best weather GondolaTours so far have seen this season. I was very impressed that they called to reschedule, and the gondolier and musician were great hosts. If you're looking for a romantic evening, this is a wonderful option.

After having a wonderful experience a week ago, my wife and I decided to give a gondola ride as a gift to her parents. We managed to surprise them and it was perfect, they absolutely love it. I think my favorite thing about the gondolas is that most people don't know about it, so it truely is a surpise up until the last second.

It helped that the weather was perfect, but I decided to surprise my wife with a night time (10pm) Gondola ride. It was awesome. The music, the ride, the snacks, everything was perfect. My wife said it was one of the top three things I've ever done.

Our 26th Wedding Anniversary - nice sunny day and warm. Great! Take off from work early and this is going to turn out great. However, while I am driving home I get a call on my cell. "Sorry the trip is cancelled because of the weather." Huh? " It is too windy for the boats to go out today." So Plan B has to develop quickly. We go to Boston anyway to visit the waterfront and take in dinner. Getting off the Pike we see several flags near the seaport that are hanging limply - no "high" wind. So we parked by the Aquarium, had dinner and took in a wonderful sunset harbor cruise on very calm waters and sparse clouds. Meanwhile the gondola operator has my money and we now have to reschedule. We will see how it goes but it won't be our anniversary. I think the "high" winds was just a lot of hot air!

My girlfriend and I loved everything about the ride. Very polite and informative guide. Accoridion player was also very courteous as well as extremely talented. She performed a nice mix of songs in several languages...including "Happy Birthday" for my girlfriend's birthday. The picnic basket had the perfect mix and quantity of snacks for the ride. And the ride itself provided terrific views of Boston, especially Back Bay.

The tour was nice, but for the price i expected a little more, we only went down the charles river a little way and came back, it was also kind of cold so that didn't help, my two year old daughter had a good time but she had a lot more fun at the marketplaces at Faniuel Hall, and those were free. We are from Michigan and it was our first trip to Boston, i don't recommend it on your first trip, it is more fun to just walk around the old parts of the city, which is also free. The accordion player and the gondolier were extremely nice though
