| The museum is contained in one small room, but my family and I easily spent almost 2 hours looking at the pictures and recovered items. The tour was moving and provided a thoughtful view into the recovery efforts at Ground Zero while still being respectful of those families who lost loved ones on September 11th. |

| Our time at the Ground Zero Museum was indeed well spent. It was set up extremely well and was very thorough. Our tour was handled professionally, and with the audio you were able to spend as much or as little time on every picture/remembrance that you desired. It was definitely even better than we'd hoped. |

| The tour introduction was truly moving, setting the atmosphere for a literal visit to the event that changed America forever. This is an experience of a lifetime for parents and teens. Cutting-edge audio technology brought the artifacts and images to life! |

| The tour was one of the highlights of our New York vacation. A very emotional and moving experience with the subject being very sensitively handled by the organisers.
Thank you. |

| Well, upon first entering the museum, I would have to say I was not impressed at all. It struck me as being way too small to be a museum, with just a bunch of photos on the walls and a few artifacts, none of which any of us had any idea as to the nature of any of it. After a short video and some instructions from the tour guides, we took our hand held devices with headphones and proceeded to walk around the room, selecting an entry and listening to Gary Suson himself describe in detail what was in the picture, who was in the picture, what he was thinking when he took the picture. There were also a few artifacts taken from ground zero, all of which were explained by Mr. Suson. We spent over an hour and a half in there, and would have stayed longer but we had other plans. We learned so much about September 11, 2001. It was and incredible, interesting tour. Even my 2 teenage boys (age 14 and 15) were impressed! We talked about 9-11 all the way home on the train later that evening. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting here. It was well worth the cost of admission. |

| This was a touching display of photos and artefacts from 9/11. It is very tasteful. The audio with the tour is excellent. My 18 yr old daughter and I found it quite moving. We had a lot of discussion afterwards about 9/11 and how that day changed the lives of individuals and the whole world. I encourage everyone to attend. |

| The Museum is one of the best things I did in New York. It was very moving and really brought home the tragedy behind the tragedy. Everything in the museum is treated with sensitivity and thoughtfulness. You really respect what the rescuers went through and the photo chronical of the rescue was very well done by Mr Suson. I'm so pleased I did the activity. Thank you. |

| Don't be put off by the small room size when you first enter. You really do need the full 2 hours to understand each picture. Every picture tells a story is a great description of what this 'tour' is about.
I was unsure when booking whether my children aged 12 and 9 would really be able to understand what went on as they are both too young to remember 9/11. It must have made a lasting impression though as they have been asking many questions since about why it happened. |

| It's small but incredibly powerful. Not only are the images beautiful, they each tell a story which builds up an incredible understanding of the aftermath of 9/11. The artefacts also add an extra dimension to the stories.
Everyone who comes to New York must visit, it's as simple as that. |

| My husband and I really enjoyed this museum tour! Lots of awesome photos and artifacts, all documented by the only photographer allowed 24/7 access to the site after 9/11. Photos and artifacts are displayed in a cozy apartment in the Meat Packing District. Headphone tour explains all exhibits, and you choose which you would like to hear about. (I chose almost all 100.) Offers great insight into the aftermath of 9/11 . . . very touching and informative. Highly recommended! |
