This small museum was definitely worth the price of admission. The 2 videos presented in the beginning were excellent, as well as the photos and memorabilia from 9-11. I liked that they only took a small group of people since the space was small. They give you plenty of time to see everything. Great audio info. To go along with the exhibit! |

I really enjoyed the time there, but there were some stories I didn;t want to listen to as they would have been too sad to hear (when going through the photos). While we are a world away here in Australia, the experience affected us greatly. I am an Australian Travel Agent so the full eye witness account via the television was devastating to me personally. I am glad I undertook the tour. |

We appreciating the exhibit greatly - and the opportunity to meet the photographer. We are a church youth group - and most of our kids were 3-5 years old when 911 happened. The museum helped them understand this event in a way that many other exhibits, etc., did not. A moving and one of a kind experience. |

The museum was very nicely done I enjoyed the ability to move about on my own. The audio added so much to the visual. |

This experience was deeply emotional and rewarding. The museum gives you a feeling of being at ground level for the aftermath of this horrific tragedy. The photographs, artifacts and recordings are compelling remnants of a time in our history that will never be forgotten. Make plans to see this exhibit, you will not regret it. |

This venue is very small but packed with very emotion provoking photos from 9/11. Our time there was very well spent. I would highly recommend this museum. |

This small museum is full of images and stories of the rescue and relief operations which took place for many months following the attack. It brings the visitor in touch with those whose job it was to painstakingly and reverently sift through the rubble. We visited the museum on the afternoon after we had visited the 911 memorial site in the morning. We were so glad that we had included this museum. It was a touching tribute to all associated with the tragedy. |

This is a very special little museum, in just one room. But it is incredibly interesting - the items and stories are a powerful reminder of this tragic but inspiring period of our recent history. |

Felt like it was a scam

I felt as though I had been scammed. They made this seem like it was an actual museum. It was not. It was a dirty room with pictures that anyone could put on their walls. This started out with us being whisked away up a stair case (no inquiry if anyone couldn't walk the stairs). Then, the women were told to put their purses on a shelf. No lockers, not where they could be seen, just forced to part with your purse. The shelf was completely out of sight. I asked if I could have my water with me, as I needed it due to a disability. I was told NO. I felt extremely uncomfortable with my purse just sitting on a shelf, in the dark, where I could not see it. I got up and took my purse with me and sat back down on the stool that was provided for me. I was immediately told that I could not have my purse with me. I felt that was an outrage. I felt as though they were planning on either scanning my credit cards, or just stealing cash out of my wallet. There was no excuse, whatsoever for my purse to be on a shelf, with no lock or security of any kind. No reason was given. Even if the reason (which I doubt) was that they didn't want anyone to take anything, they could have left our purses in plain sight and in the same room as we were in. My feeling was that this was nothing more than a big fake. Anyone could have blown up some pictures and called it a museum. I felt this was a big rip off and what was even more despicable was that they were using 911 as their excuse to steal from the public. I felt that the advertising was misleading. If I had realized that this was not affiliated with the official Ground Zero/911 Memorial, I never would have spent $25.00. They taught me nothing. |
