| Everyone knows what happened on 9/11 but this workshop takes you behind the scene to the stories after 9/11. Incredibly emotional. No where else will you see or hear about 9/11 from this view point. A must see for anyone who wants to experience the complete story of 9/11 |

| I went to this on a rainy weekend with my parents and fiancee and thought it was pretty interesting to see and hear so much about things I wasn't previously exposed to. I'm not sure it was worth the price though - if the weather was nicer, I'm sure I could have found better things to do. You mostly spend a few hours in a room the size of a big living room looking at pictures and listening to recordings about those pictures - to be honest, I was a bit underwhelmed after reading so many great reviews. I would rate it a 6, my fiancee probably an 8 or 9 and my parents, who lived in NY when it all happened, probably a 4 or 5. |

| We enjoyed our visit to the Ground Zero museum very much. We saw lots of photos and artefacts which gave you an insight into the people and surroundings of that tragic day. You have got to admire all the people who got involved and send our heartfelt condolenses to those who did not make it through. |

| Very interesting and thought gathering workshop which was presented in a very calm,thoughful and compassionate manner.The whole experience just brought home to ourselves further facts surrounding an awful event which took place thousands of miles from our address but at the same time gave us an insight as to the heroic,dedicated work that took place in a spontaneous and unrewarded manner over a lenghty period of time.
Thank you for allowing us to participate in the workshop which we will recommend to other freinds and family who would like a futher understanding on what happened during and after the 9/11 period of time.

| My partner an i took the opportunity to visit the ground zero site hours before we took part in this activity. Whilst at ground zero we also visited the small museum which cost us $10 each. I felt this activity added nothing more to what we had already either learned or experienced from visiting the site and the museum at the site. Only being one very small room of items & photos i'm not sure how you can class this as a museum!! My partner and I were both EXTREMELY disappointed and the only thing that kept us sane through out the hour we spent there was knowing that our $50 charge was going towards some of the 9/11 charities. Being sat down in front of 2 dvds as part of the 'museum / workshop' i felt was exceptionally poor and i felt like walking out at this point. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. I felt strongly as though the tragedy of 9/11 and it's victims was being cashed in on and for me that was an uncomfortable position. Save your money and pay the $10 to the small museum at the ground zero site. |

| Initially, I questioned the quality of the museum for several reasons. First, a door bell had to rung. Then there was the wait in a lobby where I sat on steps while waiting. However, our greeter, Andi was very professional and friendly. My husband and I were also surprised it was in such a small area. BUT......once we began, we were entralled. It was moving, inspirational and the smallness of the room proved to add warmth to the messages. We were there for over two hours and enjoyed, learned and felt the loss of those mentioned and shown. A great experience. All tourists to NYC and all New Yorkers should make it a point to visit the Ground Zero workshop. |

| Very much alive scenery with the strong benefit of the small room atmosphere also experienced at museums such as Anne Frank in Amsterdam and the Wall Musum in Berlin.
Really a "must see" experience when you visit NY City as an international visitor |

| The museum represents the tragedy of 9/11, but also clearly demonstrates the humanity that this event brought out in people.
Perhaps the tour could include the current state of Ground Zero, maybe even the plans of Freedom Tower....ending the tour on a positive not. After all, this is called 'Ground Zero Museum'. It's not 'FDNY Ground Zero Museum'. Anything relative to Ground Zero can be included.
Ultimately, I understand that only so much information can be included.
Lastly, the free chocolates were a nice touch...but in the restroom? |

| Although the museum is quite small, it is packed full of photographs and information about Ground Zero. It does not go into detail of the actual collapse of the twin towers, only the events that followed. This is very informative and allows you a genuine and sensitive insight into the days/weeks that followed this tragic event. The audio technology is very good and enables you to choose what information you would like about specific photographs and items in the museum. We spent approxiamately 2 hours in the museum, and then went by subway to the Ground Zero site which is about 3 minutes away. I would recommend this museum. |
