| This is a fantastic opportunity to experience as close as you can get to the tragedy and loss of life that occurred on 9/11. It was extremely moving, everyone in the group was touched in some way and many shed a few tears. The intimate stories told by Gary provided a personal touch to the individuals involved not only the lives lost but the huge team of people involved in post 9/11. |

| I was very apprehensive about attending this workshop. I had many questions as to why I should attend. At first it seemed morbid to me and also seemed that I was giving the terrorists the publicity the were looking for. But I later realized when I attended that we are there to support the families and to never forget the people who were lost in this tragedy and the heoric people who didn't give a second thought to assisting at Ground Zero. This intimate workshop let me review the archives and pictures on my own. Even though other people were in the room with me the headphones let me hear and see what I wanted. I felt as if the author was talking directly to me. |

| To say we 'enjoyed' the visit to the Ground Zero Workshop Museum is not really the right word, but we're very pleased we did it. The groups are small which is nice as it is an intensely emotional and quite harrowing tour. It is mainly based on the photographs of the only authorized photographer of Ground Zero during the year following the tragedy of 911. Each photograph comes with a commentary which brings it to life and tells some very personal stories.
There are several boxes of tissues around and they were very much needed. You couldn't fail to be moved by the artifacts and photographs with their accompanying stories. However, amongst the stories of tragedy and death, the experience is strangely uplifting when you see how those events unified a city , you can really feel how indomitable the human spirit is.
After the museum we visited Ground Zero itself and at the moment there is really nothing to see but a perimeter fence around a large building site. That wouldn't have stopped me from visiting the site, but I would recommend a visit to the Workshop Museum aswell. |

| Even watching the all the news coverage of 9/11 you never actualy belive it realy happened, visiting this museum brings it to life by hearing all the personal experiences and tragedies of the people involved.
The emotions we experianced during our visit made us realy understand what the people of New York went through and their stories will live with us forever.
A visit to this museum should not be recomended. It should be compulsory for anyone visiting New York. |

| This museum is absolutely amazing. I loved that it was self guided so that I could take my time and look for as long as I wanted, but I also liked that we did have a "tour guide" so to say who was very informative and friendly. The pictures are amazing and the stories behind them are unbelievable. I didn't lose anyone on September 11th but this museum touched me beyond words. I would go back again and again. Definately a must see if you visit NYC! |

| The museum is well thought out and detailed. The "tour guides" were knowledgable and helpful. The content precludes saying "we enjoyed it". That said, we came away with a better understanding of the recovery period and a lasting heart felt memory for those lost in 9/11. I am glad we added it to our very short trip to New York and recommend it to everyone. |

| This really put me there on the morning of 9/11 better than anything else I have heard or read. This was something that was meaningful to me, my husband and my 13 year old son. |

| I thought the tour was great and very emotional for myself and family, since we lost my cousin Margaret Conner and friends on that fateful day of 911. I recommend this tour to everyone who is a human being. It shows just how fragile life can be for us all. This day is now a part of history and we must never forget that horrible day and the events that followed. The Museum Tour will help us with remembering 911, the day that changed us all in some way. Regards, Gene Reilly. |
