| The Ground Zero Workshop Museum was an extremely emotional experience. To see and hear about the people who worked so tirelessly and carefully to find anything they could find after the horrible tragedy of 9-11 was amazing. It was all done in such a sensitive and caring way. The photos and the artifacts were incredibly moving. The space is very quiet and intimate and makes the experience all that more emotional. This is definitely a must-see when visiting New York. I highly recommend this museum to everyone. |

| The photography was wonderful and the narrative and artifacts very moving. I was uncomfortable with the well meaning tour guides sense of melodrama..'.this will make you cry, thats why we have kleenex' , and a bit of drama about the events of the day, The events of the day need no false drama to make them moving or emotional...they speak for themselves. It would be like going to a Holocaust museum and being told this is a sad and disturbing experience. It feels somehow disrespectful. I think very little or no intro. from the guide would. have been better, just the facts., and then let the images and stories speak for themselves |

| I don't call this a museum. I thought it was a personal photographer's showing of his pictures. You play on peoples' emotions and probably pass yourselves off as firefighters when in fact you may not be.
I was disappointed! |

| I would strongly recommend this tour. In an intimate setting, it is very moving and interesting to hear about and see the photos of the recovery efforts through the point of view of someone with such intimate knowledge and access. It is hard to describe the feeling that comes over you when you see the twisted metal from one of the planes, or when you see some of the items that survived pretty much intact, e.g., a pair of glasses, a magazine, a blush compact; items you use or see everyday and don't give a second thought to but which develop a new meaning because of where they came from. Being close to these items really puts a face on those poor people who thought they were just going to work as usual on a beautiful fall day without knowing that would be their last. God bless the recovery workers who had to deal with that on a daily basis. |

| I learned so much about the cleanup and aftermath of the attacks and thought it was well worth the money. I actually met the man who took the photos and bought a book and he signed it for me. |

| My experience was very touching. I can't describe in words what this museum meant to me. Seeing the tragedy of 9/11 on television can't begin to describe the emotion packed into this museum. I highly recommend that anyone visiting New York take the time to come experience this museum first hand. Thank You, Jeremy Work |

| My husband and I were struck by the emotion we felt once we entered the Museum, The pictures the photographer took told the devastating tragedy and terror of that terrible day in New York. You are given a phone to use as you walk around the room and listen to his words. The young man there on the day told a lovely story about one of the husband's arriving there to look at articles and in particular a piece of the plane that hit one of the buildings. His wife had been killed on that day as she was high up in one of the Towers. There were tears running down several peoples faces including my own...............
It has been put together so well and anyone who is travelling to New york this is a must . We travelled from Australia and it was one of the "must do's" on our list, and we weren't disappointed. 9/11 was a terrible, terrible day in everyones life wherever one lives around the world . It has changed our lives forever and this very special Ground Zero Museum enabled my husband and I to spend time there to just look, feel and listen to what went on that day and try to feel in some small way what that terrible day meant to all those families involved.
I would highly recommend taking the time to visit Ground Zero Museum Workshop. My husband and I will never forget it................. |

| MY SISTER AND I TOOK A DAY TRIP TO NYC TO ATTEND THE GROUND ZERO MUSEUM AND ALSO VISITED GROUND ZERO AND ST. PETER'S CHURCH AFTERWARDS. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE MUSEUM. FIRST OFF, THE SIZE OF THE GROUP WAS VERY INTIMATE (WE HAD ABOUT ONLY 8 PEOPLE WHICH INCLUDED MY SISTER AND MYSELF) WHICH WE ENJOYED. THE TOUR GUIDE EVEN GREETED US AS WE GOT OFF THE ELEVATOR WHEN WE ARRIVED. COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THE MUSEUM CONSISTED OF ONLY ONE ROOM, HOWEVER, WE WERE THERE FOR 2 HOURS LISTENING TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER TELL THE STORY BEHIND EACH INCREDIBLE PHOTO THAT HE SNAPPED ON 9/11 AND DURING THE PAINFUL RECOVERY EFFORTS. I COULDN'T HELP BUT BREAK DOWN DURING A VIDEO PRESENTATION. THE ARTIFACTS WERE INCREDIBLE AND WE WERE EVEN ABLE TO HOLD A PIECE OF GLASS FROM THE WTC IN OUR HANDS. I WAS ALSO ABLE TO TAKE PICTURES IN THE MUSEUM WHICH I BROUGHT HOME TO SHOW MY FAMILY. IT'S SOMETHING THAT SHOULDN'T BE OVERLOOKED WHEN IN NYC. MAY GOD BLESS AMERICA. |
