| This is the first thing we did upon our arrival in NYC. I believe for most people, 911 is now the first thing that comes to mind when the word "New York City" is spoken. This museum allowed our family the mechanism to give our respect to those who perished and those involved in recovery. This is well thought out and tastefully done and must see! The neighborhood is in the process of regentrification and very interesting to explore as well. Immediatey following the visit, we headed downtown to the World Trade Center site . The rebuilding gives you the sense of our nation's perserverance under any circumstance. |

| This museum was fantastic and quite unlike any other in that you can interact with the exhibit by holding many of the objects. It provided such a visual reminder of the horror of 9/11 and while reliving some of that horror it also offers many poignant stories. It is these stories that stay with you and provide a human face to the tragedy. We'll certainly be telling people in Australia that it is a must do when visiting New York! |

| The experience brought a new understanding of the events following 9-11-01.
This was my second visit and was as emotional as the first. The photographs of Gary Suson tell the story without explanation. You will understand the work of the New York Firefighters and their life's journey to help the victims and come away and not be the same! |

| the size of museum is pretty small. but I felt how people helped victims and felt.
there are many pictures and stuff listenning to explanation.
most of us must know this fact through media.
but you can feel the fact that happened near Ground Zero.
because new world trade center is under construction at the same place,
you can't feel anything there anymore.
that's why I recommend you guys to visit this museum. |

| This was a very moving exhibit of artifacts, pictures and videos. Can't leave without reliving the 9/11 tragedy. This museum makes it more real for out of towners who have no idea what it's like to be a new yorker and be so affected. |

| Location, Location, Location. If that's what turns you on don't go. If you want to re-
experience the feelings of 9-11 and see some amazing artifacts then go. The tour
was primarily self-guided, but with a very professional intro and explanation by
our guide. My daughter and I spent nearly the full two hours experiencing "first hand"
what it must have been like that horrible morning. It cements my foritude to
encourage the new administration to agressively continue the Bush Doctrine of
a "no holds" barred in our fight to combat and bring terrorism to its knees, in spite
of the "inconveniences" here at home occasionally. Thumbs up to Gary for the
personal sacrifice to bring this to the public. Well worth the price of admission, as
we both learned many things that we did not know about the attack and its aftermath. |

| This tribute was very moving and emotional. We met the photographer Gary Marlon Suson at the museum and his work is just incredible. It really brings you in touch with the people that 9/11 affected. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone. |

| For such a small museum, this had a huge impact on both myself and my husband. Amazing to see and hear the stories behind the pictures and so hard to understand why there are such evil people in the world we live in. |

| For such a small venue, this place packs a huge punch. Delivered in a sensitive and careful way, the story is told with photos, video and pieces of debris from the site. Be prepared to be upset. |
