| Pictures are, they say, worth a thousand words. Particularly in this case. The pictures taken by Gary Suson and exhibited in this small museum are a way to get a better understanding of the human elements of 9/11 - both the tragedies and the successes and hopes. The pictures and the fascinating commentaries do the job tremendously well, and in an honest and moving way tell the story of the rescue and forensic efforts. I visited the museum and then visited the site itself, which is the best way to do this I would suggest. Thoroughly recommended. |

| This was my priority while on vacation and it was well with it. The story behind the pictures and articles recovered from ground zero were very touching. I remember, as most do, exactly where i was and what i was doing on 9-11 and it was amazing how Mr Suson (the photographer) put this museum together. Mr Suson was there at the museum on the day of our visit. He was very nice and personalized our book we bought with his autograph and took a photo with us. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting New York. Thank you for the memories.........NEVER FORGET 9-11.

| I visited the museum while on holiday with my girlfriend. Although im from Scotland ive always felt touched by the events of 9/11 and the way people pulled together at such a devestating time.
We were very lucky to be the only people on the tour and have the whole museum to ourselves. The whole experience was very moving and the intimacy of the museum and excellence of our tour guide was very touching. We met Mr Suson but to be honest it was very hard to come up with the words to let him know just how remarkable his work was.
This is a must see for anyone visiting New York and for me it was truly inpirational |

| I visited the museem whilst visiting New York from the UK with my girlfriend and found it to be a fantastic experience and also very sad, the setting of the museem is very cumfortable and intermate, which helps to inhance the experience and also make you feel at ease and not afraid to express your emotion, there are also tissues placed around the room which are very handy as as I found out you will cry. The staff were extremely kind and knowlegable which also makes you feel at ease and not afraid to ask any questions. The audio gides and interactive artifacts make this museem unique in my eyes and along with the breathtaking pictures make you feel as if you are at ground zero as it is happening. Whilst there I was lucky enough to meet Gary Souson who is a remarkable and very talented man. I would strongly recomend this museem experience to anyone who has the chance to visit it, as it brings you in to touch with that infamous tradgedy like nothing before!! I hope that you get as much out of it as my girlfriend and I and make sure that you never forget 9/11 |

| Gary & his assistant were very accomodating to us! They put us back to the day of and days following 911. However, they did it in an uplifting way. Although you felt some of those desparate feelings from those days, the images here give you a sense of strength and hope for the days ahead. I can't explain it - you just have to go experience it. |
