| When my Mom and I came to the outside of the museum, we weren't too sure what to think. It was unpretentious, and not what we expected. BUT BOY....when we got in there. We were captivated for every second. It should be a requirement for every American. Especially for those who weren't directly affected. I wanted to take my Mom here as a part of our day in NY (I live in NJ) because its seems like people who don't live near here have forgotten or really don't fully understand the impact of this event...and especially now, while we are at war. Its one thing to see the site now "just" a big hole in the ground. Its another to SEE what the people went through, and the rescuers especially. This museum is wonderfully and thoughtfully done. Thanks to Gary M. Suson. |

| My wife and I enjoyed the museum very much. Many pictures and artifacts from the WTC that we've never seen before. The video was excellent and informative. Almost brought me to tears a couple times.
We would recommend this tour to anyone interested in re-visiting the 9-11 attacks on the WTC.
Thanks for having us! |

| I visited NYC only three months after 9/11 and there were so many things and feelings to deal with. Six years later, it was a priority to me to visit the museum. Not knowing what to expect, Mr. Suson did a remarkable job putting together such a memorial. Words cannot describe the feelings I had.
WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!! |

| This is a highly recommended activity to people of all ages. The museum is tasteful and put together with the victims' best interests at heart. If you haven't already heard first hand accounts of September 11, then you will walk away with a sense of the beauty of humanity that only a tragedy of this calibur can illuminate. |

| WHEN MY RETIRED FIREMAN FRIEND AND I WALKED INTO THE ROOM..WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. THEN WHEN WE REVIEWED ALL THE AUDIO COUPLED WITH THE PHOTOS AND ARTIFACTS, WE WERE DEEPLY TOUCHED BY THE EXCELLENT NATURE OF PRESERVING THE EVENTS THAT HAPPEN ON THAT DAY...AS WELL AS...FUTURE EVENTS...VERY INFORMATIVE...WILL ALWAYS REFER ANY ONE THAT GOES TO NEW YORK TO STOP BY..AND TAKE A MOMENT TO VISIT THIS WONDERFUL MEMORIAL |

| This small and wonderful museum is a real find. Gary (photographer, curator) has compiled artifacts and photos from the recovery, and provides great discourse on the recovery effort and his experiences with it. The audio tour-mate houses a collection of stories about the photos and artifacts. Truly a must-see, especially for New Yorkers. |
