| We visited the museum 28th December. We were surprised that it was not in the neighbourhood of Ground Zero, still it was easy to find. It was an impressive experience. The museum, just one room, with all kinds of features was very informative. The introduction of mr. Suson was very clear and he gave his information very respectfully to the victims. The video showed an impression of the days after..... and afterwards you could ask questions. Also the self guided 'radio's were very helfpful to experience the what happened at Ground Zero. Lot's of compliments, but one recommendation, don't enlarge the museum too much. To be small makes it very personal.
Thanks and lot's of succes in future.

| I didn't realize the impact this place had on me until 3 days later when I returned home. It brings the magnificance of September 11th, 2001 all home to you. It's very easy to distance yourself from it when you live thousands of miles away but when you can actually touch and hold things ...it makes a difference.I think the item which touched me the most was the piece of the plane. It made it SO real. Thank you Gary for finally displaying that piece. I know it was a difficult decision. I would highly recommend a visit to the Ground Zero Workshop |

| We were immensley impressed with the musuem and the work that Gary has put into it.
We have told everyone back home about it and have some friends who have booked onto a tour next month when they come out to New York.
Everyone who visits New York and Ground Zero should visit this workshop. |

| With Gary's first hand account of scenes from the site, you can't help but engage with his feelings and emotion.
Totally gripping and a must see whilst in The Big Apple.
Be prepared to shed a tear or two!

| It was an amazing and moving experience. I really think that all tourists travelling to New York should visit this museum. To be up close and personal with these artifacts and the photos was a truely special experience. To also have the opportunity to speak to a fire fighter that was there on the day of Sept 11 was something that I will never forget. |

| Excellent concept and very sympathetically executed. Thought provoking subject matter with images that capture the intensity of the disaster. Video presentation is very moving and really does leave you with a a lump in the throat. Interesting to actually meet the photographer but can't help feeling that he has sold out a bit on his unique position - he's becoming an actor! Other than that you really must be part of this and feel this moment in history that has changed the world we know. Faultless execution - excellent |

| Myself and my partner both thought that the ground zero museum was a excellent display of the horror, sorrow and bravery which was displayed on 911. It was displayed in a factual manner but also allowed you to see what actually happened on that faithfull day. I would defenitely go again as it gives you and insight into what actually happened, not just on 911 but also during the aftermath. Its a true insight and not just what the newspapers wish you to see or feel. |

| I really recommend this tour and then going to visit the World Trade Center site afterwards. It really allows you to actually experience what happened on the day of 9/11 with more insight and emotions. The tour was emotional, interesting, and informative. |
