| This museum was absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of actually meeting Mr. Suson and talking with him. Our tour guide, Joe, was an extraordinary individual as well. He told us of his first hand experience/hardships during the tragic events of 9/11. This museum should be experienced by all - as not only does it keep the memory alive - it helps all those personally affected. I am so very grateful that we decided to buy these tickets, and I was blessed by having experienced it. I shall truly never forget Mr. Suson, Joe, or the lessons they taught us. |

| I found this museum very interesting and well put together. The stories about the different photos were sad and sometimes funny. Even though it is small, there was a lot to see and hear. The photos are amazing and touching. I recommend this to visit. |

| A Moving Experience.
The whole concept of the Ground Zero Workshop was extremely well organised and explained by informed staff. A hands on experience and not to be missed when visiting New York. Bring a handkerchief. "Never Forget"

| The museum was one of the highlights of my trip to NYC. The staff was friendly and the pictures and Ground Zero artifacts were very touching. I'd recommend this to anyone who is visiting the city. |

| We went on 9/11/08 before we went to Ground Zero and what a heartwarming and heartwrenching tribute. The photos and artifacts were amazing in themselves but Gary's commentary and stories that accompanied them brought the whole experience to life. An extremely emotional and moving experience. Thank you Gary for giving us this wonderful gift. |

| As the saying goes" A picture tells a thousand tales". Well, these did, and then some.
As a lover of photography, I was immersed in every photograph and hearing of its origin was truly overwelming. A must see. |

| This is a wonderful experience to have and one that you will never forget. I think the price is a little high, but probably worth supporting the mission of this museum in telling the story of September 11th. The guides were very helpful and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone. |

| Extremely emotional experience but really added to the entire Ground Zero (9/11) visit for tourists from out of state. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ground Zero or who have never visited this museum. Excellent presentation of recovery items and entire recovery effort. Put a very real and personal touch on everything. Very well done...impressive. Worth every penny. Also glad to visit the Meat Packing district for this specific experience while on a hectic "tour" of major sites in Manhattan. Excellent people watching, designer stores across the street etc . |

| My husband and I visited the museum Aug 26. We didn't know what to expect but after reading reviews felt we had to visit and are glad we did. Mr. Suston did an amazing job of capturing the emotion of that grim day. This is a very moving presentation and one that I would highly recommend. |
