| The "museum" is more like a gallery, with the official photographer's best photos in the year after 9/11/01. There are only a few artifacts, and a few special ones. |

| There is no clear address stated to Ground Zero museum. The instructions say it is near to Subway station with vague directions. It is far in distance than described. It will be good if a small sketch of map is provided on ticket so that visitors can see the map and come instead of calling continuously the museum people. |

| You get to see what happens beyond the 6pm newscast. I expected more for the amount of time that was spent at ground zero. However, this museum portrays the amount of respect that everyone there gave to those who lost there lives. It showed the human spirit and the heros that you never heard about. |

| I found the museum very comforting, and the memorabilia and stories illuminating and inspiring. As more and more of the memorabilia is removed from Trinity Church and St. Pauls, this and the WTC Visitor's Centre are all that is left. I was glad I came. Thank you. |

| Initially I thought that such a small museum couldn't do justice to the subject. However the tour guide was amazing (she could really be a TV presenter!) and it was an added bonus having the photographer there. The videos get you into the atmosphere, and the recorded guides for the photos were just the right length and fully engaging.
No doubt in my mind that this museum will preserve the memory of what happened on that awful morning and thereafter for many years to come. |

| I can still remember the day it happened, and even though I live across the seas, it still envoked a lot of raw emotion.
