| I was expecting so much more. Was a very small room where we watched a movie first and the movie had the same images as were on the wall that you looked at afterwards. |

| Thanks for presenting the excellent work the NYFD and others did in the aftermath, you've presented the emotions and the trauma in such a positive light, a celebration of the comradere that was have come from the task.

| I enjoyed the verbal presentation and particularly liked the photos. As the museum expands it would be effective to have more relics of the actual day. The glass display is great, as is the fragment of the plane. |

| The Ground Zero Workshop was one of the main highlights of my 6 day trip to NYC. It was interesting and astoundingly moving. I would (and have) recommended it to anyone going to New York. The location was not near Groung Zero itself but I would encourage everyone to make the effort to go to the Meat Packing District to attend the workshop. It is superb. |

| This museum workshop was just amazing. As you walk in, you see a small room and are just overwhelmed by the photos and emotion that fill the room. You are allowed to touch things and listen to stories which make this museum much more powerful than most. I would recommend this to anyone that was alive and went through 911. It shows the the dignity, respect, and bravery of the entire NY police and fire workers. These photos and artifacts resemble what these brave men and women have seen and will have to live with for the rest of their lives. I am a photographer as well and these pictures really spoke to me. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this museum a 100+. |

| Inspired by the Anne Frank house, is this museum a must see for the impact of the 9/11 attacks on the lives of many people involved. It gives a face to the people who have been working on Ground Zero and what they have been facing. It is something that truly must be remembered. |

| This was one of the best experiences of mine in NYC. It was very emotional & took a lot out of me, but made me feel that my whole trip was worth it, just to see this. Great job, and highly recommend it to everyone!! |

| The small group setting and comfortable atmosphere was a great relief from the outdoor noise and traffic. The introduction, presentation and flexibility of the museum workshop ranked #1. I enjoyed the museum, especially talking to the guide and what he mentally went through during his photo sessions of 911. His description and pictures gave me just enough information for me to place myself at the sight. I know my family will always remember that experience.
Sincerely,
Eric
