I was impressed by the number of young and older people wo stayed for as much as two hours. This was the biggest little museum I've ever visited. I can hardly wait to go back and finish my viewing...

Unique look at 9/11 through the official photographers eyes. Stories, photos, exhibits and recordings are outstanding. Well worth the time and nicely complements a visit to St. Paul's Church and Ground Zero Memorial.

I was put off -- somewhat -- by the repeated references to Michael Suson, the photographer. He did a great job in taking the photos under dangerous and emotionally taxing conditions, and a very valuable job in creating the museum, but the story is much more about the victims and the heroes than him, yet his is the only name I recall, other than Father Judge's.

We weren't exactly sure what to expect knowing this museum was in such a small space compared to what you think of when you think "museum". I have to say seeing this workshop/museum was a highlight of our trip. The photographer captured a scene that was unimaginable in a way that makes your heart ache and at the same time understand a little better the magnitude of 9.11 and all those affected by the tragedy. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn more and feel more connected to 9.11 to consider experiencing this workshop. I also appreciate that some of the proceeds are donated back to important causes directly related to 9.11. Amazing. Simply amazing.

This museum tour was so moving and educational. We met the actual photographer who was very humble and willing to sign some merchandise that my sister bought and pose for a photograph with my sister. They even provided tissues in the main room and candy in the easily accessible bathroom. The staff was approachable and knowledgeable. The headset allowed each individual to choose specific areas of interest and the commentary on the headset made you feel that you were at ground zero. A must see for interested NY tourists.

From the artifacts to the photographs, this is a very emotional experience. Well presented and thought provoking. One negative - the young lady who checked us in was dressed inappropriately in denim short shorts. This is a serious, somber setting - much like being in a religious or judicial setting. It seemed strange that she wouldn't recognize that she is representing the museum and should be appropriate in both dress and demeanor.

This is the second time I have been to this museum. It is unlike any other 9/11 experience. It is also very tastefully done. In addition, most of the proceeds go to help individuals and groups with situations they are going through in the aftermath. A MUST DO!!!

I thought it was at ground zero, and was not sure when arrived at 14th street. Thought it might be a scam, but was plesantly suprised. I would like to see more proof that Mr Suson was at ground zero, I found it hard to let down my guard and let the emotion of the room enter me, beliving it might be not true. The only problem with being a photographer is you are never in the picture. Still the room is comfortable and if it helps the families, then good. I felt like the room was more focused on closure for the familys, and that is healthy.

This museum is a must see. It is small in size but large in content. It could easily be set up in a location several times its size. But this is much more intimate. Great pictures and artifacts. A touching memorial. It goes right to the soul.
