| We visited from Australia in early September 2009. This was my second visit - this time with my mother (I went last year too!). It's an emotional experience but without a doubt the highlight of our trip to New York. I always leave feeling grateful for what I have in my life and that's a good feeling. We were fortunate enough to meet Gary Marlon Suson, the photographer and creator of this museum. He's a top guy - very approachable and friendly. I really liked him. The museum is suitable for all ages. I would highly recommend visiting this museum when you are in New York. |

| Fascinating and emotional insight into recent history presented in a very professional style which does justice to everyone who worked so hard during those difficult months. There are loads of photographs accomapnied by an audio / visual presentation and many other artifacts. Don't confuse this museum with the one that is located 'on site'- said to also contain personal items recovered from the wreckage. (we didn't visit that museum as we didn't think the idea of putting such items on public show was in good taste). You won't be disappointed with the former museum though - HIGHLY recommended...JG/SG (UK) |

| The Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour is a must on your agenda if you are visiting New York.
Gary Suson was the official photographer at Ground Zero for the Uniformed Firefighter's Association and Uniformed Fire Officer's Association, and it is his pictures which you will see. He also recovered a number of items from the site, which would have otherwise been destroyed.
Emotionally the Workshop Tour is an informative look at the horrific event that shook the world on September 11, 2001. With the photos and items on view from the Ground Zero site - each has a story which you can hear through audio and so gain a personal insight into that day - a day we should never forget. |

| I was very excited at the thought of seeing video footage and images of september 11 that were hidden from the public. I thought it would be a surreal and emotional experience that every person should see, if only out of respect for those that lost their lives.
While a lot of the images were touching, I thought I would have seen a lot more of the aftermaths of 9/11 than were presented on the walls of the musuem and in the video I saw. Not that I wanted to see human remains or anything like that, but most of the images were of inaminate objects that had been found in the remains.
That being said, I would definitely go to the musuem, more because of that fact that the money you spend on your ticket goes to 9/11 related charities than anything else. That is reason enough, though you may gain more from the experience than I did - just dont expect to be blown away by what you see and you'll enjoy it. |

| The museum is small but well worth a visit. I like the way you can listen to the stories behind each artifact on yr own headphones and in yr own time. Very informative, and although deeply saddening I would def recommend |

| I found the museum tour very interesting with lots of opportunities for personal thoughts, quite different than the attribute to 9/11 museum I visited at ground zero as well.
Some of the pictures and items are unforgettable and quite emotional.
Please keep this formula alive, I will recommend it to others. |

| This museum was by far our favorite tourist activity we did. It really helped us to understand how 9/11 affected New York. I would recommend that everyone make a trip to this museum while in New York! |
