| When we entered to begin our tour of this museum, we were fortunate to discover that Gary Suson was present. He gave us an introduction to his museum and also gave an insight into the conditions he witnessed during the recovery at Ground Zero.
The museum is a collection of stunning photo's taken by Gary Suson and a selection of artefacts recovered from Ground Zero. Each of the exhibits has a corresponding number, which is keyed into the supplied audio handset and headphones to give a narrative description. The museum is very well laid out and it takes almost the full duration of the allotted time to view all of the items and listen to the audio descriptions. Each of the exhibits is sensitively displayed and captures the reality and humanity of what took place at Ground Zero. The museum is a respectful reminder that we should never forget the events of 9/11 or the countless number of people affected by this tragedy.
We briefly met Gary Suson again as we left the museum and we would like to thank him and his staff for having the vision to bring about the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. This museum is a "Must See" on any New York itinery. |

| The museum is compassionate to the disastrous events of 911 with a moving and comprehensive display of photo's and many items, such as pieces of a melted computer, office items and a small section of the crashed plane recovered during the clean up process. Viewed in a small group over 2 hours, the display is in one room and after an initial overview, we were left with audio headsets to view the pieces that we wanted to learn more about. It was an appropriate reminder of the tragic events of the day. Hence, it is a hard subject to "enthusiastically recommend" due to the subject matter, however it was worth the visit. |

| OUR VISIT TO THE GROUND ZERO MUSEUM WAS A VERY EMOTIONAL AND ENRICHING EXPERIENCE. WE WERE SO VERY TOUCHED TO SEE THE PICTURES TAKEN AND THE STORIES BEHING EACH ONE OF THEM. IT MADE US MORE AWARE OF THIS GREAT TRAGEDY BUT MOST OF ALL THAT EVEN THOUGH BULLETS OF HATRED WENT INTO THE TWIN TOWERS WHAT COME OUT OF IT WAS LOVE. HOW THESE HEROES COULD WORK DAY AFTER DAY LOOKING THRU THE RUBBLE UNDER THESE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS WAS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION... THEIR DEDICATION AND DELICACY IN LOOKING NOT EVEN DARING TO SIT DOWN IN THIS HOLY LAND THEY CALLED IT WAS ADMIRABLE. THANK YOU GARY FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL TESTIMONY THRU YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS, AND FOR NOT LETTING US FORGET THE LIVES THAT WERE LOST IN THIS TERRIBLE TRAGEDY!! |

| wonderful set up in nice small area with small group, we loved that we could move around alone and review alone, the hosts were both very professional and friendly, we all felt as if it was too much to take in all the information and hence we did miss a few stations... however having said that i would not take anything out of the workshop.
thank you for this courageous and sobering presentation. we have brought the book home and have already reviewed |

| The tour is very well organized and the tour guides are professional and well spoken. The museum is upstairs in a small apartment but the amount of information and knowledge you get from this tour is huge. You feel as though you have a close relationship with Gary and the WTC attack. I found the artifacts the most interesting, however the intimate stories told for each picture had a large impact as well. This tour emotionally effected us for days after and I can't stop talking about it to my friends and family. It was rated 3rd on Trip Advisor of all the attractions in New York and I understand why. I even bought Gary's book for a reasonable $50 and it was worth every penny. |

| Very well organized and in order fashion.
The only problem I had ,was to find the building because considering location, need sign on side walk ,I was not looking high enough.
It was very well made, and by the end I wanted to see and hear more stories.!
After my tour I went around the corner to the bar and left and probably still there a pamphlet about the museum and raved about all afternoon to whoever walked in!
The most touching museum I ever being!!!!
God Bless!

| Don't visit if you want to be voyeuristic about the actual 9/11 disaster. This is a personal collection of artifacts and photos from the days after the disaster with emphasis on the ones who lost lives and providing physical reminders and comments from the people invloved in the rescue operation. Don't worry that the Museum is not at Ground Zero. |

| We were very impressed! The story behind 911 is emotional. Detailed photo's and the fact that you can hold some of the objects make it very special.
Thank you! |

| This museum was fabulous. New York offers other amazing tourist hotspot museums like madame tussauds and ripleys, but the ground zero workshop topped it all for me. You get to witness artifacts that you never thought would be shown to the public. The people there are kind and generous, they really treat their guests with respect and gratitude. It is DEFINITELY the biggest small museum in the world.
100% recommend, you would be missing out if you didnt go! |

| We have been there in Aug. 2009. My kids are 7 and 9 years old.
They got a very good impression of ground zero - not scary for kids.
The team is very friendly and well trained. We will be back!! |
