| This was a pretty moving exhibit, it was tasteful, thoughtful and its really a shame it exists because of the tragic events, it gives an insight into those this event directly affected, we where all affected that day but this lets you see the people and how it affected them without the hype or anger |

Not to be missed.

| Among a Red Sox-Yankee game (won by the good guys - the Red Sox) at Yankee Stadium; a Broadway Show; Fourth of July Dinner and Fireworks; tour of Ellis Island (educational) - this 2 hour Ground Zero Museum time was the most poignant, meaningful, and emotionally charged part of our weekend. The presentation was superb and the time to absorb the pathos and the heroism and the human dignity portrayed through the photographs and artifacts of the recovery at Ground Zero touched my soul and required many tissues to dry my eyes. It is important to know that the presentation is not overdone at all. It is the photos and artifacts themselves that evoke - at least for me - emotional response.
I am grateful to my wonderful daughter, Stephanie, for recommending this activity. I am - the writer of this review - her Dad, and my name is Shaun. I recommend this visit most highly. |

| Without any hesitation, I reccommend that you visit this incredible hidden wonder. Visiting the Ground Zero Museum and Workshop was a very powerful experience. Never have I felt so moved from looking at artifacts, but these weren't just items and pict6ures. I felt like the whole room was breathing, like it was just full of the souls who were lost that day, wanting to show all the good that happened in the aftermath to make people realize that most people are inherently good. The size of this wonder will surprise you at first, and may even make you a little doubtful as to whether you should be there or not. But I assure you, good things come in this small package. It holds an intimate and healing collection of materials that will do nothing but help you really think about the goodness of people and the obscurity of why things like 9/11 happen. Gary and Joe, our guides, were phenomenal. They provided an in depth look at what exactly went on during those long months (they were there) and they gave us information and insight about the artifacts in the room. The handheld audio devices helped in learning more about each item. It was an incredibly moving spot in NYC.
All in all, please visit the Ground Zero Museum and Workshop. You won't ever regret this experience. You should probably bring some extra tissues though. Anyone who has a heart will be in tears during this activity. I plan on going again in the future. It helped me realize what is important in life, and what can take the back burner. I assure you you won't regret going! |

| We are a group of women from ages 26 to 72. We all enjoyed this museum, it was fabulous. We were lucky enough to have the photographer be at the museum while we were there. This is a must do, while you are in New York! |

| We arrived early and found 4 other couples also waiting with Sean our host. Turns out Gary, the photographer, was also there that day and we had the priviledge to get to hear his first hand account of being the only photographer allowed at Ground Zero.
We took our time and used the headsets to get info on every picture and display. It was worth every minute of our 3.5 hour visit and we were never hurried out and welcomed to stay as long as we liked.
It is something I will never forget and this is a must see if you have not yet. It is a very different perspective you will not get anywhere else. Do this before visiting Ground Zero area, it makes things much more meaningful!!
Don't rush out, take your time and really soak up the magnitude of that horrible day and also be delighted in the things God uses for good. Whatever you take from it, you won't be the same after the visit here. |

| This museum was fantastic and quite unlike any other in that you can interact with the exhibit by holding many of the objects. It provided such a visual reminder of the horror of 9/11 and while reliving some of that horror it also offers many poignant stories. It is these stories that stay with you and provide a human face to the tragedy. We'll certainly be telling people in Australia that it is a must do when visiting New York! |

| The Ground Zero Workshop is a must see! Attend the workshop and then head to Ground Zero to see it in person. The workshop was very informative and was very sensitive to the issues at hand. Well worth the money spent. A once in a life time opportunity. |

| We had heard so many positive comments about the Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour, and were definitely not disappointed. This was a very powerful and moving experience. The ability to touch and hold some items from the 9-11 disaster during the exhibit distinguishes this museum from others. We were so fortunate enough to have Gary Suson there at the Museum on the day of our tour, and he made an outstanding visit even more special. We highly recommend this activitiy to anyone who wants to learn more about the courage of the firefighters and others who worked and even gave their lives to help save others in the aftermath of 9-11. |

| I highly recommend this tour. Words cannot convey the feelings I came away with after my visit to the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. You HAVE to see the photos and hear the dialogue from the photographer himself to appreciate what happened and is still happening to the families in the days & months after the tradgedy of 9-11. On the particular day I visited the small, but intimate museum, Gary Marlon Suson himself was there to guide us through. I found myself drawn to this man who has given us these magnificent photos and witnessed firsthand these tragic events. My heart goes out to Gary and all the families who continue to suffer. |
