| Very well organized and in order fashion.
The only problem I had ,was to find the building because considering location, need sign on side walk ,I was not looking high enough.
It was very well made, and by the end I wanted to see and hear more stories.!
After my tour I went around the corner to the bar and left and probably still there a pamphlet about the museum and raved about all afternoon to whoever walked in!
The most touching museum I ever being!!!!
God Bless!

| Don't visit if you want to be voyeuristic about the actual 9/11 disaster. This is a personal collection of artifacts and photos from the days after the disaster with emphasis on the ones who lost lives and providing physical reminders and comments from the people invloved in the rescue operation. Don't worry that the Museum is not at Ground Zero. |

| We were very impressed! The story behind 911 is emotional. Detailed photo's and the fact that you can hold some of the objects make it very special.
Thank you! |

| This museum was fabulous. New York offers other amazing tourist hotspot museums like madame tussauds and ripleys, but the ground zero workshop topped it all for me. You get to witness artifacts that you never thought would be shown to the public. The people there are kind and generous, they really treat their guests with respect and gratitude. It is DEFINITELY the biggest small museum in the world.
100% recommend, you would be missing out if you didnt go! |

| We have been there in Aug. 2009. My kids are 7 and 9 years old.
They got a very good impression of ground zero - not scary for kids.
The team is very friendly and well trained. We will be back!! |

| The arrangement of stories in the Ground Zero Museum was very interesting without being too emotional and personal. I think the balance between facts and emotions was very fine. |

| Touching and moving stories of rescue workers at Ground Zero, as well as a close and personal look into their sacrifices. Excellent photos, great audio guide. |

| This is a small museum with a large number of photographs all numbered to enable you to listen to an explanation by the photographer. It is a powerful account of 911 and the impact on lives. I found it to be very emotionally draining but am really pleased I visited it and congratulate the founder on dealing with the subject matter so sensitively. |

| Enjoyed the museum, we were surprised that there was so much to see and learn about since the museum itself is very small, but the narrative in all the displays makes for an interesting experience |
