And I mean it. It's an awfully moving, and connecting experience. It's an insight into the days and months after, and I felt it was a privilage to have been.

This museum excellently chronicles the experiences of the ground zero recovery teams as they sifted through the rubble looking for lost loved ones. Gary Marlon Suson's photos are poignant and powerful, evoking emotion and rememberance of the illfated event.

This musuem has perfectly captured the human spirit of all the people involved in the 9/11 recovery period. Before going to the musuem all I could remember was the actual attack but now I will be able to remember the strenght of the human spirit to recover from such an event. As the World Trade Centre site was just a construction site when I visited, I believe this was the best way to honour the victims and their families.

I had a lot of trouble taking my 4 teens and husband, but finally got it. It's worth it! It will give you a new "inside" view of what happened on 9/11. You MUST make a reservation, no other way to get in, and you MUST be on time. Even if they let you in, you won't "understand" what's going on in the first presentation. At the end my five guys were very quiet, and that tells me a lot!

| I was expecting more than I could see there. More action, different, more than I've seen on tv in 2001. The pictures are great, I liked to see some stuff but the movie didn't show more than I could watch on tv. The girl who works there is envolved and very polite, so, I am disapointed but it's ok, I enjoyed my time.
About Zerve: you are so good , everything about the tickets and the informations about local, hour, etc. was ok. Next time, if I need to go to any place , I certainly will contact you. And you be sure that I will recommend you for all my friends in Brasil. Thank you very much for your help and attention, I really appreciated that. Regards,

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the museum. Like the rest of the world, we watched the horror of September 11th through the eyes of the media. This exhibit helped me to absorb and process the impact of the disaster - providing me with a insight and closure which I would never had without visiting.

I'm glad I checked out this gem whilst in New York. I was only young when 9/11 happened, but recently I've felt compelled to go there and pay my respects. This tour was informative and in good taste. The guide was very approachable, and only too happy to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely stop by again on my next trip to New York, and I'll be recommending it to any of my friends that visit NYC.
