| The overall museum was very moving and we got a very close and personal tour since the photographer was actually there in the recovery efforts and told us the story behind every picture and he actually did the tour. The place was small but had a lot of stories.
However, although I read that we had to be there 10 minutes early on my email confirmation, when we got there 10 minutes early, he would not let us in and said we had to come back @ 11:30am (the exact time the tour was to begin). I thought he was very insensitive to turn us back in the heatwave of NEW YORK we had no place else to go and the neighborhood is full of stink meat / fish packing wearhouses and with the heat, my sister almost vomited and he was insensitive to that.
Once we got to his museum, he ONLY checked our printout confirmations and NO ONE else's tickets and asked us twice if we paid. I would have recommended this to all BUT the way he treated me and my sister - I do NOT want anyone of my family or friends to go through. Thank you.

| I really recommend this tour and then going to visit the World Trade Center site afterwards. It really allows you to actually experience what happened on the day of 9/11 with more insight and emotions. The tour was emotional, interesting, and informative. |

| We didn't know what to expect as we approached the museum. We were happy with the reverence respect shown to the families of the disaster.
It was a good way to (if you will) ease us into visiting the actual site.
I have been telling my friends and family about our experience and I would highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting the city,.

| Whilst this tiny museum houses many moving and beautiful photos, it serves more as an exhibition of the work of the photographer rather than a comprehensive story of the events of 9/11. |

| Extremely well done. Made you feel like you were there and some of the pain as well as hope. I took my 10 year old to it and she remembered many of the stories and wanted to discuss why people would want to do things like this to eachother. No easy answers but great that it prompted such as discussion.
It was also nice in that it was not overwhelming. You could see everything in the room and chose the path which suited you. I love the Met and other museums but they are just overwhelming particularly with younger children. |

| As the parents of young boys, both of which are convinced they are going to be firefighters and police officers, this exhibit was very emotional and meaningful to us. My husband is a Police Sergeant for our local law enforement agency and the pictures represent the work he and his colleagues do, selflessly, every day. The exhibit is very professional, and very well organized. I hope it will be around for many years to come, so that we can return with our boys. |

| The museum offers a large collection in a small, yet comfortable, space. The museum focuses on photographs taken by the Official FDNY 911 photographer. It is excellent for the whole family and offers explanations for all of its over 100 articles including photographs and real objects from the site. |

| As a former NYPD officer (retired), I went into this activity a little skeptical... but I was absolutely TOUCHED by the sensitivity and emotion that went into what was obviously a labor of love and respect for those lost that fateful day.
As I expected (in my somewhat jaded and cynical mind), the workshop brought back the horrors of that day, but it also spoke VOLUMES about the dedication and focus of the workers at Ground Zero... and I walked out of that small venue with a new appreciation for the simple act of waking up in the morning, or giving a hug to someone I love.
Mr. Suson is a brilliant, insightful talent - with an eye for capturing history that I don't think will be eclipsed for generations to come. I applaud those who had the guts to fight to get Mr. Suson into Ground Zero... and I give a STANDING OVATION to Mr. Suson's dedication to what had to have been a watershed task in his life - something that will live on long after all of us are gone.
To those considering this activity, I say to you - RUN. Do NOT walk. This is something that will CHANGE you... it will make you cry... it will make you think... and it will be something you will remember FOREVER.
Thank you, Gary.

| The museum and the presentation were excellent and touching. We are a family of two adults and two teens, ages 15 and 17. We all highly recommend this museum. Plan to spend time in the area (the meat packing district ) before or after you visit the museum to check out the great stores and restaurants, including Chelsea Market. |
