I found out about this museum on trip advisor and it intrigued me. We were not disapointed. I did as reccomended on your web site by coming here & then going to Ground Zero. As I had my 2 children (12 & 9 yrs) with it was the best way of doing it. Coming from a different country our children are not as exposed to the events of that day & the weeks/months thereafter. It gave them a very good foundation of knowledge to appreciate & understand what they went to see afterwards. To see those photographs of what it looked like & what those poor people went through made it much more of a reality for them. I also found that with it being an interactive tour i.e. you decide yourself which story you want to listen to when and in what order, if gave them the independance to do it on their own, their own way instead of them getting bored listing to someone talk for hours on end they could decide what they wanted to listen to. I thought it was a very good experience for our whole family & would reccomend it to anyone I know coming to NYC.

I thought the experience was wonderful. To see the events of that tragic day in history through the eyes of the authorized photographer was very moving. The only thing that would have made it better would be more options for souvenirs. There were a couple of photos that I would have liked keepsakes of, but they weren't available options.

My wife, young daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed this small museum. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would consider going back again myself next time I'm in NYC.

I normally write reviews that provide lots of detail, however I believe that no two people will experience this museum in the same way, so I would just like to say that this is a very touching experience and a must-do in NYC.

At the beggining it seems like it's an expensive museum, but once you hear, see, and feel all the information in it, totally worth it.

Don't be put off by the impression you get of this being small-scale and unofficial. This is an excellent little museum and an absolute must-see if you want to re-visit the history of 9/11 whilst in New York.
