| A Moving Experience.
The whole concept of the Ground Zero Workshop was extremely well organised and explained by informed staff. A hands on experience and not to be missed when visiting New York. Bring a handkerchief. "Never Forget"

| The material displayed in the exhibition contains an extraordinary historical and emotional value, not only for America, also for the rest of the world. Stories behind every single photograph and object show how people and U.S. institutions worked hand by hand on the recovery activities in a common effort, overcoming a tragedy of unprecedented magnitude. American people showed evidence of union, courage, compassion, braveness, love and fraternity. All my emotions appeared while experience the exhibition. Never forget. |

| A truly amazing museum and one infused with emotion. The artificats that have been brought together from that fateful day along with the stories of those who lost loved ones paint a truly memorable picture of 9/11. It's a lesson for future generations in how so few can do so much harm to so many. I'd highly recommend the museum to anyone visiting New York. |

| We enjoyed the museum immensely. Gary, the photographer, happened to be there the day we went. I gained a greater appreciation and respect for those who worked at Ground Zero.
After going to the museum, we then took a subway to Ground Zero, observed the work from the observation point and went to St. Paul's Church where all the workers spent some time resting from their labors.
I would recommend the museum to anyone interested in 9/11 issues. It is a large one room set up. The power is in the stories, that you access through audio headsets, and the photos. That is well done. |

| We visited in New York for five days. Our time at the Ground Zero Museum Workshop was an important highlight of our trip. After a brief video and overview you are able to view all the photographs and artifacts that you desire in the museum at your own pace via headphones. We spent almost two hours there and left with a clearer understanding of the human tragedy caused by 9/11. I would recommend attending the museum workshop before visiting the WTC area as you will recall many stories learned of at the museum as you view ground zero. All in all, a very moving experience and one not to be missed on your New York trip. |

| Incredibly sensitive and personal tour of what occurred during the recovery operation at Ground Zero. Tastefully presenting an insider's view of what it was like to be in "The Pit" during what was an emotional task of enormous proportion. The intimate setting of the Museum Workshop adds to its success in connecting the patron to the events. You walk away with a real sense of connection to what these brave men and women went through and were able to accomplish for their fallen brothers and sisters. It literally brought tears to my eyes on a number of occasions. The remarkable thing is that it was not a depressing experience, but rather further depended my respect for the tireless efforts of the rescue and recovery workers. It is truly a must see for anyone with interest in this dark chapter of American History. Go to the museum, then go to Ground Zero to get the full picture of the magnitude of the task faced by these heroes. It was an honor to bear witness to their accomplishment. Thank you for this opportunity. |
