| The museum was one of the highlights of my trip to NYC. The staff was friendly and the pictures and Ground Zero artifacts were very touching. I'd recommend this to anyone who is visiting the city. |

| We went on the afternoon of 9/11/2008 and the photographer was there to introduce the group and share his story. We loved the fact that the setting was so intimate. Only a small number of people per session are let in and it is not crowded or noisy. There is comfortable seating where you can sit an listen to the various narrations for each photo or artifact. Overall we were very impressed with the museum and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a better understanding of the 9/11 recovery efforts. To top it all off the staff was very welcoming and helpful, they cared about the museum and were not just paid ushers.

| I'm from Japan and 23 years old. When 911 happened on 9/11/2001, I was 15 years old. I was watching news about 911 on TV and couldn't believed that this is what happen actually. September 11th is really important for American, and people all over the world. We don't have to forget what happened there, a great many civilian lives were sacrificed, and 911 has been making a lot of victims in Iraq. It has been 7 years already since 911. Many people almost forget 911, but "Ground Zero Museum Workshop" reminds us, suggests many things to us. (I'm sorry I'm not good at English but I hope you understand what I want to say, how I felt.) |

| I always wanted to visit ground zero, ever since 9/11/01. I finally made the trip on 9/11/08 after visiting ground zero for the memorial service. I recommend anyone go and visit this great museum. It really enables you to connect with what happened at the World Trade Center. Being able to see and hold actual pieces of the World Trade Center is a moving experience in which you couldn't possibly experience elsewhere. The museum is one room and fairly small, but there are so many different pictures and artifacts that you could easily spend a couple hours looking at. I enjoyed the fact that there are "tour mates" which enable you to go about the museum at your own pace and leisure. A great museum with a lot of hard work and dedication; a must-see if you visit New York City! |

| It's impressive; at the same time lacking.
I was surprised that it was only one room, but it was packed with material.
I guess I expected more drama and more emotionally charged material.
I was more impacted by the material that was inside the church at ground zero a year after 2001. It was handmade stuff submitted by the community and things from the emergency rescue people. The timing may have had most of the impact as Ground Zero was still a dusty mess at the time
Even though Gary himself gave the "tour", I was looking for more intimate details. He did well but I wanted to relate more to the people. God Bless him for what he is doing, though. Never forget!
Maybe it needed a better timeline. Before the attack, the day of, the next few days, the next 6 months and where we are today. The stories were hard to put together with all the artifacts.
Do go and do support this effort. it is worth the money. |

| This was definitely the highlight of our weekend! It's small but a powerful collection of artifacts & photos. A lot of time was obviously taken to combine the stories for each photograph and item. Give yourself a couple hours to experience this site. Do not be afraid to take children with you. We talked for hours (and days) after the visit. Carla was a great tour guide and speaking with Gary Suson was amazing. We should all...NEVER FORGET. |
