| I've been to NYC 4 times and have seen a lot, but this cannot be compared with anything. It is really a must see! I can't describe how impressive it is. When I'm back in NY I'll go again! |

| I went with a girlfriend to the museum and was very impressed with the respect and care taken to display items and photographs. The audio descriptions were thorough and fascinating, and I was moved on more than one occasion with the description of certain items and the "behind the scenes" stories in relation to each photograph taken. This little one-room museum was very thought provoking, tastefully put together, and left me with a lasting memory that was heartbreaking, but not horrific. Very well done. |

| I found the museum very comforting, and the memorabilia and stories illuminating and inspiring. As more and more of the memorabilia is removed from Trinity Church and St. Pauls, this and the WTC Visitor's Centre are all that is left. I was glad I came. Thank you. |

| I liked the small space and limited numbers. The interactive headsets were easy to use. The fact that it does NOT show footage or photos of the actual tradgedy was healing. The visit was uplifting as well as fascinating. Buy the book so you can NEVER forget and the proceeds go to the 9/11 charities !! |

| Emotionally overwhelming and an experience that will stay with me forever - this is an absolute MUST see and do when in New York. Seeing my 14 year old son take all of this in and it affect him as much as I is something I'll never forget. To actually hold a piece of glass from the Towers and see a piece of the airplane really brought this horrific event home. An extremely respectful and beautiful tribute to all of the survivors, recovery personnel and loved ones who passed away on September 11. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for creating such a beautiful memorial of photographs and artifacts to share with the world. Peace be with you all. |

| This was a wonderfully touching and educational museum. Such thought and detail and respect has gone into it. My husband and I attended with our youngest sons age 20 and 21 who were thoroughly enthralled by the entire event. I can't recommend this enough to people. It really makes you think about what happened on that day in New York City - and how many people were affected and still are. |

| Initially I thought that such a small museum couldn't do justice to the subject. However the tour guide was amazing (she could really be a TV presenter!) and it was an added bonus having the photographer there. The videos get you into the atmosphere, and the recorded guides for the photos were just the right length and fully engaging.
No doubt in my mind that this museum will preserve the memory of what happened on that awful morning and thereafter for many years to come. |

| My sister & I visited New York recently & I suggested we visit the Ground Zero Museum as a way of marking our respect for those who lost their lives on 9/11 and their surviving family, friends and colleagues. We also wanted to acknowledge the NYFD, NYPD, Rescue Workers, other service personell and the Chaplains of various faiths who worked so hard for so long to rescue people, alive and dead. We were not sure what to expect other than photographs by Gary Marlon Suson. I can only speak for myself about how I felt upon walking up the stairs into the gallery - I thought I might not be able to hold it together and become very emotional but the presentation was so respectful & it was openly acknowledged that it would be human to become emotional. Seeing the photos and some of the remnants of 9/11 was almost too much to withstand initially so I reminded myself how much worse it was for those who suffered on that day and the continued suffering of their families, colleagues and friends. It was a peaceful environment and the young woman guiding the tour was outstanding in her presentation. I am very grateful that I was able to visit the Ground Zero Museum and hope it long continues to offer some comfort to the people of New York. It's okay to cry and boxes of tissus are discretely placed around the studio. |
