Highly recommend this tour, it is very over welming & very difficult to grasp the huge impact and devastation of this disaster, our hearts ached as we seen the remnants of what is left , it remains impossible to imagine the enormity of what happened on that day, unless you were there, but thanks to the people who make this tour possible it gives people like us a glimpse of what the people of New York experienced on that tragic day.
I believe some good always comes from a tragedy, I visited NY in 1973 and was affraid to walk the streets, this time we found it to be a pleasure to travel this beautiful city and the local people to be much more friendlier. |

The material displayed in the exhibition contains an extraordinary historical and emotional value, not only for America, also for the rest of the world. Stories behind every single photograph and object show how people and U.S. institutions worked hand by hand on the recovery activities in a common effort, overcoming a tragedy of unprecedented magnitude. American people showed evidence of union, courage, compassion, braveness, love and fraternity. All my emotions appeared while experience the exhibition. Never forget. |

I was interested in seeing what really happened AFTER 9/11. As an Australian I did not believe we would be as touched by these pictures, but as a human being, I could do nothing else but get moved both emotionally & moraly. How could anyone do this to another human being?
The photos show how even a big city can really be a country town and show care, devotion & their lives to people they never knew and would proberly not say hello to if they passed on the same train.
The way they worked to save these people and the way they helped the people & family that was touched by this tragedy is EXTRODINARY! |

This was a fantastic "big" little museum in the meatpacking district. My husband was working in the twin towers the day that they were attacked. He was one of the lucky ones, but he stayed for a week and helped with the recovery efforts. We both were deeply moved by the photography and the accompanying stories. This is a very personal take on what 9/11 meant to the photographer and he shares his stories with everyone who visits the museum. It is done in a very tasteful way, sympathetic to the survivors, and family members of the victims. It is a visit that stays with you weeks after you go. I felt that it was an overall positive experience, showing how the recovery can help people to move on from an awful tragedy. |

This museum was wonderful because it really was about more than the World Trade Center Tragedy, it was about human strength, sensitiviy, spirituality, and sacrifice. It showed the best of New York it the most difficult of times. I was so greatful we took the time to visit. It touched all of us and filled our soul with peace and hope. Thank you. |

We would recommend this activity as a must see for anyone traveling to New York. The Museum provides a different view of the 9/11 tragedy. It reminds us how Americans suffered and how Americans came together as a united country. It is a must see for all!!!! |

I brought my granddaughter to New York city for her sixteenth birthday. We were going, doing, and seeing things non stop for an entire week and the museum ,without a doubt, was "THE HIGHLIGHT" of our trip!
I was impressed that the founder was there to give a very informative talk and to answer any questions we might have . He and his staff made us feel as if we were on sacred ground and in a way---------we were. I have to admire the way they make every effort to bring honor to the victims and their families. The full intention is to make this a place of healing and for those of us who visit not to ever "Forget" what happened on 9/11.
The experience for my granddaughter was priceless. I can not recommend this adventure high enough. |

A truly amazing museum and one infused with emotion. The artificats that have been brought together from that fateful day along with the stories of those who lost loved ones paint a truly memorable picture of 9/11. It's a lesson for future generations in how so few can do so much harm to so many. I'd highly recommend the museum to anyone visiting New York. |
