An unbeliveable opportunity to share in the work of Gary Suson - one can never begin to imagine the feelings and thoughts he must have went through during his work at ground zero. Made even more special by the compassion shown by the tour guides. Don't visit New York without a visit to the Ground Zero museum.

My Father, 2 sisters & I were so thankful that we heard about the Workshop. It was definitely worth the time & money. The museum was brilliantly staged and provided a deeply moving experience. Holding the artifacts from Ground Zero and hearing the stories behind the photos helped us further understand the whole tragedy.

Very well organized w/ photos and the audio narratives for context. The artifacts themselves are the most unique and impacting. Unlike any other sort of museum interaction.

Although a small museum the Ground Zero Museum provides great stories. Really touching stories and everything is very well executed. I can warmly recommend this experience to everyone.

A Must Visit

If you go to NYC make time to see this museum. We saw and did all of the typical tourist things (Empire State Building, Time Square, etc) but I would say that this museum was the most memorable thing we did on our trip. Take two hours out of your trip to take this tour. I will be worth it and something you'll never forget. This is all about the lives and stories after the tragic events on 9-11. The clean up, the lives lost and the lives impacted. It can be, at times, very gut wrenching but well worth it.

I would highly recommend this museum and we were very fortunate to meet Gary when we visited. The photos and artifacts display not only the pain and anguish of September 11, but also the resilience and strength of America and her people. They remind us that for short time we came together simply as Americans, regardless of our differences in politics, religion, race, culture, etc. They remind us of our potential to do so again.
