| Although we found this museum disturbing, we feel it is story that needs to be documented so that no one ever forgets. We compared this to our visit to the Hollacaust Musuem in Washington.
As Canadians, we are somewhat removed but still remember that day like it was yesterday. It changed how we all regard our freedom. |

| I was surprised on how small the museum was and lack of professionalism of the setup. I felt like I was going into someone's apartment...not to sure about going in.
I did like the humbleness and the sincerety of the photography. The photos chosen to use were in good taste and mindful of the feelings and privacy of the families involved. |

| a workshop that helps one heal from the events of 9/11. i wavered back and forth when i came to visit nyc of whether or not i'd be able to even go look at ground zero or not. i heard about this workshop, and although i was still unsure, i decided i needed to try and face some of my fears of that day. i would recommend the workshop to anyone. i thank the artist for putting the small space together- it's perfect. it's intimate and safe and each person can listen to as much information as they can handle. i always felt so silly for being so affected from that day. i was living 1200 miles away (in minnesota). i always wondered why it saddened me as much as it did. i was able to work through my grief and come to terms with that day. i can now look at pictures and video of that day and still remember, but not become so overwhelmed. thank you. |

| I would like to share that the male instructor was very knowledgable. He spoke clearly and made sure we understood the images we were viewing. |

| This is a must-visit museum with beautiful stories and interesting artifacts. You can hold history in your hands. My only criticism is that it felt as though it had religious undertones to it and so if this bothers you, you might need to be able to seprate the event from this. |

| Thank you so much for providing this museum. To actually hold a cross and a star of David, made from the steel from Ground Zero was a reminder that God will continue to be with the victims' families and with our nation. I will always pray for the families of the victims as well as for the fire and police department and other workers at Ground Zero. The photographs are so well done and each audio was a moving experience. Thank you, Mr. Suson for your dedication in using your talents for an important museum.... Lest we forget. |

| My family (husband, myself,19 year old, and 15 year old twins) thought this was one of the best experiences of our trip to New York City. We are from North Carolina, and did not have any close personal connections to anyone in the city when the horrific events of 9/11 occurred. The only exposure that we had was through the media, which tended to focus on the planes crashing into the towers. This intimate museum experience puts names and faces to victims and their loved ones who were left to mourn their loss. I had to choke back tears as we listened to actual radio transmissions during the tragedy. To actually be able to hold pieces of steel and glass from the fallen towers made a lasting impression. We should never forget those who lost their lives on a day when terrorists struck our country. This museum experience was incredible. Kudoes to Gary Susson and the staff for sharing this experience with us!!!

| This is a rather obscure little mesuem that should be on every tourist's map who visited New York. It is not found on the NY pass or NYC city pass but those who found this tour will be greatly reward with an insightful look into the recovery work at ground zero. It was rather emotional tour and many participants weeped just minutes into the presenatation. If you value freedom & humanity, this tour is an absolute must. |

| My husband and I were due to attend the 2:30pm tour on Saturday 7th April. Due to our previous tour finishing early and the extremely cold weather we arrived early and pressed the buzzer on the door to ask if by chance you had spaces on an earlier tour and if it would be at all possible to change the time. We were informed by a very rude woman that a tour was currently in progress and to come back at 2:30pm. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Due to her attitude we were discouraged from waiting around to take your tour and left immediately. Even if it was not possible to change the time, I would have expected the person to be curteous. |
