| Without a doubt, this is the most meaningful museum that I have been to anywhere. Through Mr. Susson's lens, one experiences the horror and heartache of September 11th, but at the same time, visualizes the courage of the firefighters and other first responders who spent countless days at Ground Zero in their recovery efforts. I felt some element of closure having been to the museum and I am certain that my children now have a true understanding of why Mom and Dad cry when we speak about this terrible day in our Great Nation's history. If you have one museum to visit in New York City, make this the one. You will not be disappointed. |

| This is a beautifully displayed, tasteful exhibit. It is somber but certainly not gruesome. We had an excellent tour guide but the photographer was also
there and was happy to answer questions. I would put it as one of the most
important tourist sites in the U.S. |

| This is a small museum but very well presented. We definitely will recommend it to family and friends. It's a very emotional experience but something everyone should experience. We already plan on a return visit w/our 14yr. old. son. He read every page of the book we purchased on our visit. Thank you.
Just a suggestion: Also, sell sweatshirts and/or t-shirts in remembrance of 9-11-2001. |

| Enjoyed the museum, we were surprised that there was so much to see and learn about since the museum itself is very small, but the narrative in all the displays makes for an interesting experience |

| And I mean it. It's an awfully moving, and connecting experience. It's an insight into the days and months after, and I felt it was a privilage to have been. |

| This museum excellently chronicles the experiences of the ground zero recovery teams as they sifted through the rubble looking for lost loved ones. Gary Marlon Suson's photos are poignant and powerful, evoking emotion and rememberance of the illfated event. |

| This museum is only tiny in size. The amount of emotions they evoke and memories they stir is HUGE. Your heart will weep but if you ever thought that after that tragic day you DIDN'T DO ENOUGH for the survivors, rescuers and innocents killed, spend the money to get in and know that you money is going directly to them. I would have paid 5 times as much to get in knowing that my money is going to a variety of charities established for innocent people affected by 9/11. |

| I thought it was well done. I expected to be able to touch more objects and the museum was smaller then I thought it would be...but as a whole we liked it...some very interesting facts. |
