Although this museum was small, it's impact was huge! It is one of the best museums I have been to! It was very emotional and powerful. The images and artifacts were amazing. It was a great experience in fully understanding that horrible day and remembering those who lost their lives and those who are remembered as heroes.

Extremely well done. Made you feel like you were there and some of the pain as well as hope. I took my 10 year old to it and she remembered many of the stories and wanted to discuss why people would want to do things like this to eachother. No easy answers but great that it prompted such as discussion. It was also nice in that it was not overwhelming. You could see everything in the room and chose the path which suited you. I love the Met and other museums but they are just overwhelming particularly with younger children.

I visited the Ground Zero Workshop with my dad and I consider it an unforgettable experience. The tour guides let people touch and hold remains from the World Trade Center that were taken from Ground Zero. This allows visitors to emotionally connect with 9/11 no matter what time of the year it is.Overall the Ground Zero Workshop is an exciting learning experience. Anyone who visits New York should visit this museum.

We were very glad that we went to the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. It is a very touching and intimate setting where you can see artifacts and photographs. This is a place that tells the stories of many on that sad day. God Bless Gary Suson for using his photographs for good and for helping the world heal. This is also perfect for people who cannot do a lot of walking. I would highly recommend for teens and older as it is very emotional. My teenage daughter was very touched by the the museum and is glad that she went with her grandmother and I. We will never forget.
