The museum and the presentation were excellent and touching. We are a family of two adults and two teens, ages 15 and 17. We all highly recommend this museum. Plan to spend time in the area (the meat packing district ) before or after you visit the museum to check out the great stores and restaurants, including Chelsea Market.

Didn't know what to expect, but left there very happy that we decided to see Gary's collection. Would definitely recommend it to others. Two hours well spent.

This little museum was much more than I had anticipated. Don't be fooled by its size - this one-room museum is more than one could ever expect. The intimacy is what makes the experience respectful --not only to the victims but all the people who gave countless hours to the recovery process. It really focuses on all the positive ways the people of our City and Country responded to this tragedy. Whatever your reason for going, whether to feel closer to the event or to even heal from it, don't miss it. I would highly suggest it as a healing tool for victims families. I believe you can make a private appointment.

We found this to be an extremely moving exhibition of photographs and artifacts, and as it is completely different from the Tribute centre it is well worth visiting both. To illustrate it's relevance across the age groups, my 20 year old son describes it as the highlight of his New York visit. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

A wonderful experience which underscores how simplicity can have a great impact. So much heart and soul went into this that we ended up buying their book to help support the cause.

I appreciated the thought and attention to detail in this small but moving look at those who worked in Ground Zero after the fall of the Twin Towers.
