| I will admit to having been a little disappointed having read many rave reviews on Zerve before booking this activity. The video at the beginning is on a "home" sized television and is often duplicative of what the guides say and the recorded descriptions of the photos/recovered artifacts. As the tour before us was running late, we were forced to wait outside the building in an area that can kindly be described as malodorous. While the photos/stories are important and significant, they are not much different than what one could find with an internet search. This is a museum that should be visited if you are local or are spending a lot of time in New York, as there are many more interesting options available if you just have a 3-4 day stay in NY. |

| You will see a collection of photographs from Ground Zero recovery efforts as well as artifacts from the scene. There are about 100 different displays, which are either a photo or a collection of artifacts. Each display has its own story that you can listen to on a set of headphones provided by the museum. All proceeds go to 9-11 charities. Everything is very tastefully and respectfully presented, and this should be the number one stop on everyone's list of places to go in NYC!!!
They do have a gift shop where you can purchase a book with all the photographs (plus many many more photos that are not part of the display) and the stories behind them. Also they have poster and postcard size reprints of some of the individual photos. Again, proceeds go to 9-11 charities.
If you're still not sure you want to go, did I mention the free chocolates?? |

| This is something i would recommend to anyone in New York or who visit’s New York. I also recommend seeing this before going to ground zero. I thought this museum/workshop was done very well and handled with sensitivity for family members of victims as well as people who can get emotional. I think about September 11th, 2001 everyday and I learn more over time, I’ve wanted to get to New York for 7 years and I finally did it this year. Looking forward to returning Thank you,

| The museum is small, but a perfect size for the timeframe. The images and artifacts are very powerful as well as the stories behind them. It was one of the best experiences of our trip to NY and well worth the time and money. |

| You cannot visit this museum and walk away the same person. Beautiful, aweful, inspiring - it's easy to run out of adjectives to describe this place. Nobody on our tour walked out of the room with dry eyes. I recommend without any hesitation. |

| This small museum was somewhat difficult to find, small, and a bit cramped. All that said, this was the most unbelievable thing we did in NYC. This was our first trip, and very little can top seeing the Statue of Liberty for the first time, but this museum did it. We bought a few posters from the museum, and when we unwrapped when we returned home, my wife and I could still barely talk about them without getting choked up. This was a life-changing two hours and nothing we saw topped it - period. |

| Having previously visited New York on a couple of occasions we were looking for something new, and were very impressed by the reviews of the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. The reviews were right; this is a very well thought out and compassionate dedication to the 9/11 victims and recovery workers. |

| Our efforts to find the Ground Zero Museum were indeed rewarded. The two hour tour of the museum was very informative and I highly recommend this to visitors to New York. The photos and artifacts gives a good feeling of what it must have been like to be part of the rescue operations - a very emotional experience as well. |
