| I had no glue, how such a museum could be or must be.....
on the visit i learned: this is it. deferantial and appropiate
lots to learn. lots to think about it. and the little exhibits tell
more than anyting else could be.
the team - very little and intimate.
if you have time-visit them!
but-take you time! |

| As a local NYer I surprisingly had not heard of this incredible museum. My family visited and were staying at a hotel near the museum and suggested we go. Of all of the tours and museums in the city, this is a must visit. 911 is an event that impacted the world and Gary Suson's photography is powerful and tastefully displayed. The museum is actually a small room which appropriately creates a sense of intimacy in a caring environment. The beginning of the visit to the museum is part talk/part video introduction and then you are set free on a self-guided tour which allows each visitor to have private moments with specific photos and items on display while listening to Gary describe in detail. The experience is moving and I couldn't recommend more highly. |

| Great - uplifting. And we were lucky enough that the man who was responsible for the Museum was there so we were able to speak to him first hand and have him answer any questions. |

| This was a tremendously powerful display of GroundZero images and artifacts in an intimate setting. The room is very small; there are couches and stools to sit on as you view the images and listen to the stories from the recovery efforts. They provide the Kleenexes--a good thing because you will need them! The day we were there, the photographer, Gary Suson, was there and visited with everyone and signed books and posters for us. I highly recommend this for anyone trying to understand the impact of 9/11. It was a highlight of our trip for all four of us. |

| While planning activities for an upcoming NY trip, I read about the Ground Zero Workshop & Museum on a travel website and knew that I absolutely must see it while I was there. I visited with my husband and parents the first week of December. We expected to see photos and artifacts but never expected the staging/presentation to be so overwhelming and moving. Put this at the top of your list. |

| It was a nice experience, but it wasnt worth what was charged. It was ok though because the money went to the ground zero fund. |

| I loved the pictures and stories behind the photos and items here. I just wasn't a fan of the set up, it was like hearing someone give an opening statement in a trial having to listen to the 2 college students talk at the beginning of the tour. They moved around the room as they spoke about certain pictures, which was not very comfortable as you had to turn around in your seat (opposite of where the TV was) to see what they were pointing out. |

| A very impressive, hard and beautifull tour. We all saw the the planes flying into the twin towers, the movies, but what happened afterward, what you showed (in a very respectful, not dramatic way) in the tour means understanding what the people involves had to go through.
I'm glad we had the change to see all that. It's a part of NYC, which need to be told.

| 9/11 is a big and personal event. Your museum allowed me to process the experience how I wanted in an intimate setting. |
