I highly recommend this tour! My husband and I truly enjoy this museum and were the last two people to leave. This museum shows you everything you need to know about the 911 clean up and what all our brave men and women went through during 2001 - 2002.

Learning & surreal

I had the oppurtunity of visiting this fantastic little museum. It has only one room, but the information packed in to this wee room provided the same amount of information a 3 storey musem would hold! It was emotional, surreal and really felt likeI had gone back to the time of 9/11. Highly reccomended for all ages!

The photographs captured an emotional time in American history, during the traumatic time of the ground zero recovery period. Never before seen photographs and some amazing artifacts made this museum workshop tour very moving. Recommended++.

Very informative and interesting

We all really enjoyed this and feel that the photographs and artefacts helped us to understand more what happened on that day and the months/years after. It helped us to see more how people felt about it. It is great because it is small but very informative and the staff members were very knowledgable and helpful. It included both visual and oral artefacts so was good for everyone. We would recommend this to everyone.

Please avoid, its a small ~250 sq ft room where I feel like someone is profitting off of the tragedy of 9/11!

This museum did a great job of creating a comfortable, yet emotional atmosphere in portraying the day of 9/11. The artifacts bring you closer to the events, and created an emotional connection to the victims and families of 9/11. I highly recommend visiting the museum as a way to better understand and also to pay respect to those who suffered and still suffer loss.

A must-see museum with new insight and raw emotion

This museum packs a huge amount of emotion into a tiny space. You could spend hours in the room listening to the stories that go along with the images and viewing the incredible relics. There are many new things to learn about the terrible day, the heroes, the victims, New Yorkers, the photographer, and more. It is an absolute must for all those interested in history and humanity. It is a beautiful and personal documentation of not just the devastation, but of the hope for a better future. I also highly recommend the book sold there, which has even more photos and information.
