| I have recommended this museum to friends and colleagues and described it as the best museum I've ever been to. Infact you should have a couple coming to see you in the next few weeks - Mr & Mrs Hewitt from the UK.

| We came to New York on a "girls only" holiday and had heard about the ground zero museum on Trip Advisor. I think most people will agree that 9/11 was a historical event in that we all will remember where we were/what we were doing when the news flash came on and we saw the plane hit the first tower. As the horrific story unfolded I remember crying on and off for about four weeks solid thinking about the thousands who lost their lives and the thousands left behind. This museum was the most heart rending experience we have had, the graphic stories behind all the photos and artifacts around the museum will stay with me forever, from the retired fireman searching for months for his son's body to the really spooky clock which was stopped on the time the first plane hit, the iron boulders that landed in the shape of a cross and the look of desperation on the fire fighters' faces searching for their colleagues, but it was all created in such a serene way that we all felt quite peaceful when we came out and truly felt we had paid our respects to the poor souls who perished! |

| We have all seen the planes crashing in to the buildings but what about after that...
This museum is a must to see so you know what happened afterwards. It is all done in a very respectful way.
I was very impressed by what I've heard and seen and hope that many more will follow me as it is something we must never forget!! |

| I had no glue, how such a museum could be or must be.....
on the visit i learned: this is it. deferantial and appropiate
lots to learn. lots to think about it. and the little exhibits tell
more than anyting else could be.
the team - very little and intimate.
if you have time-visit them!
but-take you time! |

| I would highly recommend this to anyone. It was very moving and such an amazing way of providing a place where friends and family could go to reflect on the events from 9/11. Most of my party had a few tears in their eyes by the time the tour was over... The lady who explained everything was helpful and passionate. The audio systems was a great way of being able to listen and find out about each individual artifact and also enabled you to take your time with each item/photograph. Gary was there at the end to answer any questions and also to sign photos etc. I still cant believe the amazing photos I saw, where he was able to capture the sadness during the massive recovery operation at ground zero. There were some really lovely touches as well, like being offered chocolates at the end to lighten the mood! Thank you so much, this tour will be something that will stay with me forever. |

| We visited the Ground Zero Museum with 8 x 18 year olds.
We learnt so much - none of which (or could have been) broadcast at the time.
So many little details and so many interesting facts.
We were extremely lucky to meet Gary Marlon Suson who answered all the questions the girls had.
We found the museum an extremely fitting tribute to the many thousands of people who perished in the atrocity which was 9/11.
This should be on list of things to do while in New York. |

| The tour was very intimate full of so much information. Could be very sad at times as the information was so thorough and real. |

| A really interesting and moving "little" museum - only problem was it is very poorly signed and we actually thought the taxi had dropped us at the wrong place!!! |
