Zerve was efficient and easy to use. I also highly recommend the Ground Zero Museum Workshop Tour on 14th Street to all visitors to and locals of New York. |

My husband and I are New Yorkers and did not know about the museum. My grandson, who is 12 years old and lives in Brookline, Ma., told me he wanted to see it. What shocked me was that he knew about it and here I am in NYC and did not know about it.
To say I am very appreciative to my grandson for suggesting this activity, is putting it mildly. It is moving, jarring, very sad but very enlightening. While watching the film and seeing the artifacts I felt as though I was there. This is a museum that should be available for all to see.
The only recommendation I would offer is to get larger quarters. |

This was truely a unique experience. Don't expect a large museum. This is a small studio with many original photos and artifacts. Our tour guide on this day was the founder and photographer who took the pictures and collected the artifacts. There were only 4 of us their at this time. The guide took considerable time with us and explained many aspects of a truely tragic day and months that followed 9/11.
Again, don't expect a large museum, but a very intimate experiece to really get a unique perspective on 9/11, Well worth the time and money. |

When I first entered the Museum it was very small and I thought like this was a waste., But then we meet this gentleman named gary and he brought it all into perspective! That room could have been no bigger than a shoebox and it still would have been worth it! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone going to New York or anyone that lives there and has not gone yet. Just to know what is behind each photo that is there and each artifact is truly a breath taking experience. |

Very impressed with the sincerely sensitive presentation of the stories that touched Gary Suson while photodocumenting this horrific event and aftermath. His perceptive and detailed story telling is above all what conveys to the visitor a true feeling of how it was to be there during that time and after, while the Fire Depts were recovering the many victims of that tragedy. I would highly recommend a visit to this interactive museum before seeing the actual Ground Zero site. Makes it so much more real and meaningful. I was also particularly impressed with Gary's way with my children and nephew. He gave them exactly what I had hoped they would come away with...something that they would never forget as long as they live and something that they could share with classmates and teachers as well as other family members about what they learned there. |

This was a brilliant museum to visit and would really recommened it. It really helps to understand what went on during the recovery and just how it effected the people there. We went with threee small children and they really enjoyed it. Staff were really friendly and couldnt do enought to help you with any questions or queries you had. Would do it again on our next visit to New York. |

We were awed by Gary's informative and moving tribute to the victims, firefighters, groundworkers, police and survivors of the 911 atrocities.
It cannot be emphasised enough that the world should never forget that period in time.
The museum has warmth and humour, which only adds to the power of this experience.
We were very lucky to meet Gary, and we were awed by his courage and dignity, and the respect he has for humankind.
Before you consider viewing the site, go on this tour. 100% recommendation.

My family and I were very moved by this museum. It was very personal, hands on and reverant. Anyone who wants to know what it really was like on 9/11/01 needs to see this museum! |
