| This is something that I will visit again. Gary's explanation of each item is spectacular. It took me there with the recovery crew, in my head. Having never been to NYC, it really put the images of Ground Zero into the fore front before visiting the site. Being able to spend as much time as I wanted on each item helped me understand the significance and passion of every piece. Since returning home, I have told everyone how informative and comforting this museum is.
Thank you, Gary |

| Can't say enough about this museum. Was definitely the highlight of our 4 day trip to New York. A wonderful exhibit expressed through the use of video, pictures and artifacts. So much to see and experience in one small room. This is a MUST see...you will not be disappointed. |

| Words cannot describe how incredible/memorable of an experience it was. The guides were great. Convenient numeric audio documentary w/ 2 videos to see. Can peruse items and photos at your own pace. Allow for 2-3 hours. MUST-SEE if going to NY. |

| Our visit was highlighted by the fact that Gary Suson was actually there and gave us very personal insight into all the photographs and artifacts recovered from Ground Zero. All displays and photos are easily identified and keyed to a personal audio device that allows everyone to move through the museum at their own pace. Each photograph has a unique story and the visit was a very moving experience. I would recommend it to anyone except very young children. |

| The photographs, artifacts, and the accompanying story lines (on the audio devices) provide insight and little-known stories about an event which changed the world and the US forever. |

| The museum is amazing! The narration is very touching and provides insight into the events that cannot be found anywhere else. There are many fascinating (and a few very unusual) objects that survived the attack. Visitors even have the opportunity to handle many items.
All visitors to New York City should visit. It is an unforgetable experience. I highly recommend it! |

| This activity is a must for anyone who wants an "insider view" to the post 9/11 work at the World Trade Center Ground Zero site. The two hours allocated to this workshop is barely enough to take in all of the information available at this activity. This workshop tour may not hold the attention of small children for the entire two hours as it is a self guided activity, though there are artifacts from the World Trade Center Ground Zero site that will hold everyone's attention for at least the first hour.
I highly recommend this tour as a non-strenuous way to remember the events of September 11, 2001 and the ensuing months of recovery work at the site. |
