| The visit to the museum was probably the highlight of our new York experience. Even though we went to a fabulous Broadway show and went to great restaurants etc. This is the one thing that has really stayed with us.
Many of the details, and especially the human element of this catastrophy were revealed to us for the first time. We were very fortunate to meet Gary that day also, what an amazing man! |

| A friend recommended we go to this & I'm so glad we included it on our agenda. To me it's a very moving tribute to the victims & recovery workers. I was particularly impressed that the museum does not attribute blame, hatred or retribution towards the perpetrators but that it is a respectful memorial and reminder & hope that this will never happen again. |

| This is a unique museum well worth the visit. We were impressed by the amount of information contained in this one tiny museum and the heart warming and heart breaking stories told with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend this museum to anyone. By visiting, you not only ensure that those who died are not forgotten but also those who worked so hard and tirelessly in the recovery. A truely moving experience. |

| Visiting this museum was an emotional and challenging experience. It was unlike anything I have experienced before.
I can't imagine anyone would leave this tour without a genuine and broader appreciation of the events of 9-11 and in particular, the recovery that Gary Suson has so brilliantly captured and generously shown in this space. This tour is not so much about what happened on that fateful day, but the recovery effort that followed and the people involved.
It may not be the easiest way to spend a couple of hours, but if you want to experience the beauty and courage of the human spirit in the aftermath of tragedy, this tour is well worth doing. |

| I thought the Museum was great. The tour guide was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere felt very personal compared to big museums you can go to. I liked the fact that you could work round the museum at your own pace and listen to the stories in the order you wanted. |

| Thank you, Mr. Suson, for your photos! They expressed deep impression. Thank you for not showing again, what spread in standard-TV-broadcasts. |

| I think that your visit to New York would not be complete if you did not go to this museum. It maybe small but wow is it powerful. The room is only the one but the things you will see and the accounts you will listen too really show you how 9/11 should never be forgotton. Be prepared to cry as I did I learnt so much more than you will have ever learned on the TV coverage. What is great that if you think the price is a bit expensive all the money goes to six charities and the Guy who put this all together does not make a penny. Thank god for people like Gary who has put all this together. He is truly a wonderful person. Please go to this you will not be disappointed. |
