I was mesmerized buy the artifiacts that were there the only complaint was the pocktbooks to be put on the
ledge anyone can walk over and take them, there should be a securer place to put them and if there on your
body you should not have to put them on a shelf, other than that it was great. And Zerve was easy to make
reservations with. |

During our four weeks US-Trip this little (big!) museum was the most deeply impressive experience we had. |

This museum did a great job of creating a comfortable, yet emotional atmosphere in portraying the day of 9/11. The artifacts bring you closer to the events, and created an emotional connection to the victims and families of 9/11. I highly recommend visiting the museum as a way to better understand and also to pay respect to those who suffered and still suffer loss. |

The museum contains thoughts, stories, pictures and artifacts from September 11th. There are some very touching moments we experienced while at the museum. To see the items and hear the stories, was a very moving moment for us. September 11th was a horrible day for us all. Glad there is a museum and memorial to remember those we lost, those that were there to serve in some way, and the families. |

From UK we did not appreciate how much work went on after 11 Sept and for how long. The photographs and dialogue are graphic without being horrific. The whole enormity of the Sept 11th was brought home to us.
We would suggest that this photographic display be moved to the New museum as we fear folk will not visit when the museum at Ground Zero opens. When we were there a group arrived by bus expecting to be at Ground Zero! |

In order to fully try to begin to comprehend what happened to New York and its citizens on that fateful September day in 2001 a and in order to make your visit to New York complete, a visit to this biggest small museum in New York is a must. Once you have seen the photographs, the artefacts and listened to all the personal stories, you will see 9-11 in a different light. Much more different... If just to hear the stories of the rescue dogs and their fate, this museum will move you. Thank you for sharing, take care. |

This experience really added some perspective to the whole 9/11 tragedy. There were so many people affected and this was never more clear then after visiting the workshop. Extremely moving photographs and narration. |

This museum packs a huge amount of emotion into a tiny space. You could spend hours in the room listening to the stories that go along with the images and viewing the incredible relics. There are many new things to learn about the terrible day, the heroes, the victims, New Yorkers, the photographer, and more. It is an absolute must for all those interested in history and humanity. It is a beautiful and personal documentation of not just the devastation, but of the hope for a better future. I also highly recommend the book sold there, which has even more photos and information. |
