I wasn't sure what to expect from such a small museum. I was pleasantly surprised. The photographer was genuinly touched by all he saw in the cleanup of 911 and his artifact were AMAZING. His work and museum was so respectful of all the pain of those involved in the cleanup and of those visiting the museum. One of the most remembered experiences in NYC |

The museum was a very intimate, emotional and real experience. Having the audio of each photo made one feel more connected with the story. |

I found out about this workshop on Tripadvisor thinking it is somekind of a museum with a guide explaining things and we do some interactive stuff. After I was there I realize it is more like an info session about 9/11. Which include videos, explanations, and photos. It was meaningful and I was moved but that was not what I was looking for (sitting in a tiny room watching videos and looking at pictures). If I know it was like this I will not go. |

Worth the entrance fee, this museum is a wonderful testament to the firefighters and other workers involved in the day of, and the aftermath of, the event of 9/11. The museum is not very big: It is one room. However, it is perfect for "what it is". Though not exactly uplifting, it is also not depressing. It is simply a "glimpse", as shared through the lense of Mr. Susson. I certainly recommend this activity. |

we both always wanted to check out the ground zero site to pay our respects but having been to new york a few years earlier, we felt it too early to join what we thought was fast becoming a tourist attraction, which clearly it is not. This exhibition turned out to be exactly what we wanted and was in equal measure, fascinating, moving, interesting, clever and thoughtful. There is everything there that is required to pay your respects and with the audio perspective, allows you to wander through the artifacts, memories, sounds and thoughts of someone who was there.Anyone wanting to do the same I would recommend visiting this museum, leave the actual site to the developers and families/freinds of the ones who died. One final thought though, is that it should be signposted better as the area is a little daunting if you book the first session. |

I had NO idea what to expect and was wondering what this "little museum" would be like. Overall, I loved the small intimacy of the experience. 911 is something we cannot and shall never forget. To honor this, it should only be fitting that we not turn it into some spectator "showcase" and forget that the pictures and objects collected from that tragic day is something we need to respect and treasure. BTW, the free chocolates in the bathroom was a great bonus :) I do have to say it was kind of difficult to find because we were told there would be a big banner across the top and in reality it was a small banner that was on the ground facing the walkways. But all in all, it's something worth hunting for. |

I bought the tickets for my boyfriend as our anniversary present. Because of 9/11 he became a firefighter and both of us were left speechless after our tour. For how small the room actually is there is so much information. It touches the heart whether you have a personal connection to 9/11 of not. The photos are amazing and the best part is the fact that Mr. Suson narrates the entire tour himself. Definitely would recommend this to everyone and would even do it again! |

IF a visitor cannot get to Ground Zero, it is an interesting pictorial and historical review of the events of 9/11. However, it does not go far enough or deep enough. This exhibit gives a broad brush to a very significant event
and misses the opportunity to give more substance to each picture and artifact. |

Couldn't get tickets for Ground Zero on the weekend we were there, but somehow got to visit this much more intimate setting a couple of subway stops north in the fashion district. The many photos and artifacts on display told an unbelievable story of the 9/11 events and the aftermath - especially the rescue crews. Even got to meet the photographer and thanked him for capturing many of the rarely seen moments from this tragic period of U.S. history. |
