| What I liked about this 'museum' was that even though you are a part of a group tour it is very much an individual experience. You are left alone with your thoughts as you listen to the individual stories that the pictures and artefacts in the museum tell.
Peaceful, emotionally confronting and private. Exactly the way a memorial to that day should be.
Setting up a museum about September 11 was never going to be an easy thing to do. I couldn't think of a better way to do it. Well done Gary. |

| I cannot say enough about this incredible museum. We were luck enough, privelidged in fact, to meet Gary, who happened to call in to do some work on the day we were there. The pain is still in his eyes and the pictures were amazing. Its an absolute must see for anyone travelling to new york |

| This museum was fantastic and quite unlike any other in that you can interact with the exhibit by holding many of the objects. It provided such a visual reminder of the horror of 9/11 and while reliving some of that horror it also offers many poignant stories. It is these stories that stay with you and provide a human face to the tragedy. We'll certainly be telling people in Australia that it is a must do when visiting New York! |

| the size of museum is pretty small. but I felt how people helped victims and felt.
there are many pictures and stuff listenning to explanation.
most of us must know this fact through media.
but you can feel the fact that happened near Ground Zero.
because new world trade center is under construction at the same place,
you can't feel anything there anymore.
that's why I recommend you guys to visit this museum. |

| I will recommend this biggest little museum in New York to anyone who wants to learn more about the days after september 11th. The museum is very impressive and the photos inside the museum do all have their own story which can be learned by using the audioguide. This museum gives the victims a face, a personal story. |

| The museum is presented with simplicity and all the honors due to all the victims, especially those who take part to the rescues |
