| This Tour was booked by accident as a result of a miscommunication between our group of friends. Having said that we were all glad that we had made that mistake as we found the experience extremely worth while. The information available was from first hand experience of being at Ground Zero and this was presented in such a clever, well thought out way. We all said that we would recommend this to anyone we know who is planning to visit New York as it gave a different perspective than just going to the World Financial Centre and overlooking the Ground Zero Site. |

| An excellent presentation by both our guide and the headphone commentary. Very moving and real insight into the bravery and tenacity of the men and women who excavated the site. |

| the workshop gives you an indepth view of the recovery operation and certaintly tests your emotions. At some point we all shed a tear or two but came out saying in a strange sort of way it was the highlight of our visit to New York. A visit we will never forget and our gratitude goes to Gary Suson for creating this museum in such a sympathetic but interesting way. The visit had a positive effect on the whole family as it allows you to view items together or due to the personal headsets take time to be with your own thoughts. Its important we never forget. |

| Although we found this museum disturbing, we feel it is story that needs to be documented so that no one ever forgets. We compared this to our visit to the Hollacaust Musuem in Washington.
As Canadians, we are somewhat removed but still remember that day like it was yesterday. It changed how we all regard our freedom. |

| We as a group thought the workshop was a very emotional experience. The human stories contained in the room were very moving and the descriptions of the entire historical event helped to describe some very personal tragedies at an individual level. |

| BE FORWARNED. This 'museum' is actually a 500 sq. ft. appartment packed with photographs and memorabilia from 911. When you first walk in they there is bad new age music playing and after a very sappy speech hey make you watch an incredibly poor quality recording (sound included) of a CNN interview with the photographer. After that you can stay to watch the pictures or you can leave. We left.
This attraction is a complete scam and I believe that 3000 poor souls must be turning in their graves for being so shamelessly exploited. Fot God's sake save your time and money and do not encourage these hustlers. |

| Visited the museum after seeing the Ground Zero site and visitors centre. Museum was well organised and the numbers in the group were just right. Guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and answered all questions asked.
The pictures are amazing telling very different stories and emotions.

| For such a small museum, this had a huge impact on both myself and my husband. Amazing to see and hear the stories behind the pictures and so hard to understand why there are such evil people in the world we live in. |

| It felt like I was in someone's bedroom and I didn't feel the right atmosphere, partly because the kids just wanted to get out of there and because people were getting in my way. |
