| The whole time spend was enjoyable, the guide was knowledgable and pleasant. The way the display is set up is excellant, and the photographs are fantastic.
The only negative was the guide mentioned' I spoke to Gary Suson a few minutes ago and he is likely to call in and spend some time with you today' obviously Gary did not appear, i think this is a common comment and one which came across as a 'tourist pleasing ploy'. If it was likley I apologise however I doubt it very much, therefore why put it into the guides commentary.
More photos signed by Gary Suson would have been preferred, a signed book and i would have made a purchase but there were non.

We finally were able to bring our 17 and 18 year old with us to New York. We brought them to the ground zero museum workshop to allow them to see first hand the impact of 911. As I expected, it was a very moving experience for all of us. We thought that the photographer Gary Suson did an extraoridinary job. God Bless Him!!911 changed our lives and has changed the future of our children. We know that our children will never forget our two plus hours at the museum and meeting Gary Suson themselves. It made a tremendous impact on them. It was a great education and gives them a little more strength to express their own views on the impact of 911. The woman that led our guide (I'm sorry, I forget her name) was very imformative, kind and sensitive. She could not have done a better job taking care of our needs that day. Thank you!

It gave me chills to see such a nicely put together collection of items from the tragic 9/11 sight! It was also nice to be able to walk around, and even touch many of the items, while listening to touching stories on the headsets at our own leasure! Many times I was moved to tears, as were others around me, as we moved about the room! I will not forget my experience at your tastefully done exhibit! I would certainly recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the New York City area!

The museum is small but well worth a visit. I like the way you can listen to the stories behind each artifact on yr own headphones and in yr own time. Very informative, and although deeply saddening I would def recommend

Well documented and very informative, done very well, kind of surreal and a great way to honor those who passed in this tragedy and especially to honor the workers who tirelessly worked for many months in the recovery effort.

A must see while in New York City.

Outstanding work by photographer Gary Suson in capturing the essence of the Recovery Efforts at the WTC post 9-11.
