| I feel so priviledged and blessed for having been permitted to view the 9-11 pictoral human-ness of that horrible day, and to hear the obviously heartfelt dialogue of the official NYFD photographer, Gary Suson, as he literally waded through one gut-wrenching experience after another. The personal experiences of Gary is portrayed through his compassionate and tasteful photography. No one can leave the same as he entered the museum. The regret is the exhibit is only there in NYC and not more accessible to the masses around the nation. Thank you so much for this always to be remembered experience.
We attended as mother, adult daughter, and 14 yr old grandson. The exhibit was captivating to each one equally. |

| The Ground Zero Workshop Museum was an extremely emotional experience. To see and hear about the people who worked so tirelessly and carefully to find anything they could find after the horrible tragedy of 9-11 was amazing. It was all done in such a sensitive and caring way. The photos and the artifacts were incredibly moving. The space is very quiet and intimate and makes the experience all that more emotional. This is definitely a must-see when visiting New York. I highly recommend this museum to everyone. |

| Absolutely a one of a kind experience. Little nervous at first because the room was so small, but spent two and a half hours mesmorized by these photographs. Very well done and presented in a way that really draws you in.

| Please make every effort to attend this museum if you are visiting New York.
The program was amazingly put together and brought you much closer to events which impact America and each of us as individuals.
Please do not miss this opportunity! |

| This little gem of a museum is definitely a work of "heart" as well as art. The pictures were great & seeing the artefacts brought back memories of that fateful day. "We will not forget" - thank you to Gary for creating this memorial. |

| We had the privlidge of having Mr. Gary Suson lead our tour. The museum is well thought out and a tribute to all of those who lost their lives on 9/11. We will definately visit the museum again when we are in NYC. Thank you Mr. Suson for taking the time to lead our tour. |

| Definitely a must see if you are at all interested in Ground Zero and/or 9/11. Very well done with plenty of pictures displayed. Short but concise descriptions given of each photo and item. We weren't rushed to leave the "workshop". |

| The overall museum was very moving and we got a very close and personal tour since the photographer was actually there in the recovery efforts and told us the story behind every picture and he actually did the tour. The place was small but had a lot of stories.
However, although I read that we had to be there 10 minutes early on my email confirmation, when we got there 10 minutes early, he would not let us in and said we had to come back @ 11:30am (the exact time the tour was to begin). I thought he was very insensitive to turn us back in the heatwave of NEW YORK we had no place else to go and the neighborhood is full of stink meat / fish packing wearhouses and with the heat, my sister almost vomited and he was insensitive to that.
Once we got to his museum, he ONLY checked our printout confirmations and NO ONE else's tickets and asked us twice if we paid. I would have recommended this to all BUT the way he treated me and my sister - I do NOT want anyone of my family or friends to go through. Thank you.
