| Tears came to my eyes within the first 5 steps of entering the museum. The music was calm and fitting to the display. I can't count how many times I had to hold back tears.
The displays were amazing and gave me a sense of being there. A sense of knowing exactly what happened not only on that day of Sept. 11th, but every day after with the clean up and recovery. This museum is a place that will forever be in my thoughts. I learned more here then I could have ever imagined. It brought everything into reality and gave me a sense of actually being there. Being able to touch things, ask questions and get answers.
Thank you for making a place to show, teach and give. |

| I became interested in the tour due to Gary Suson's integration in Ground Zero. The workshop reflects his close proximity to being in the pit, below ground and interfacing with the different authorities that commanded the activities.
The photographs, displays and video footage at the museum gives you a very good insight on what it was like to be there.
I was impressed and would recommend it to anyone. |

| We enjoyed the museum/workshop VERY much! It was very moving and we were lucky to have Gary Suson himself conduct our tour. He was incredible and listening to his experiences, touching actual artifacts, and having him describe his photos was just amazing! We would highly recommend this tour as it is a very unique opportunity in NYC!! |

| An intimate and moving tribute to the fallen victims of 9-11. Our tour was led by the photographer himself, Gary Suson. He provided a very touching first hand commentary of someone who was there for the recovery process. I highly recommend this museum as part of the Ground Zero experience. |

| Gary is simply amazing, I was so honored to have him as a guide. The amount of heart and attention put by individuals so involved in 9/11 to honour the memory of friends and strangers through the interaction with uncanny objects and brilliant photographs is just breathtaking. There is just so much emotion in that well-tended space- to remind us of the fragility of our tenuous peace and to never forget the significance of the event. Yet the most important thing that this memorial brings up is the hope and love between people; celebrating their bravery, passion and strength in trying times. |

| The museum was personal and up close. Gary Suson gave depth to the images he created and made them personal rather than documentary.
My Son who is now Ten years old was Five when the disater hit and saw many horrible and repeated images on televison, this experience did not frighten him the way the media hype did.
The museum opens up a dramatic interpretation on how the recovery operation went while giving a sense of the reality of everyday operations at Ground Zero. The men and women who lost Brothers, Sisters, Friends and Family are shown as real people rather than newsclip heros and gives a sense of why we must Never Forget.
