A fantastic experience

I visited the museem whilst visiting New York from the UK with my girlfriend and found it to be a fantastic experience and also very sad, the setting of the museem is very cumfortable and intermate, which helps to inhance the experience and also make you feel at ease and not afraid to express your emotion, there are also tissues placed around the room which are very handy as as I found out you will cry. The staff were extremely kind and knowlegable which also makes you feel at ease and not afraid to ask any questions. The audio gides and interactive artifacts make this museem unique in my eyes and along with the breathtaking pictures make you feel as if you are at ground zero as it is happening. Whilst there I was lucky enough to meet Gary Souson who is a remarkable and very talented man. I would strongly recomend this museem experience to anyone who has the chance to visit it, as it brings you in to touch with that infamous tradgedy like nothing before!! I hope that you get as much out of it as my girlfriend and I and make sure that you never forget 9/11

Gary & his assistant were very accomodating to us! They put us back to the day of and days following 911. However, they did it in an uplifting way. Although you felt some of those desparate feelings from those days, the images here give you a sense of strength and hope for the days ahead. I can't explain it - you just have to go experience it.

As i was saying your brosure did dont make it clear enough about your sight being at 14th st and ??.. Please credit us our $52 back on our visa debt card . My name in Milton j Boone jr , call me to let me know you have credited me back our money , sense we could not have made the tour to your bad itenariy intructions . my email you know all ready please do this i would appreciate it ,

This experience is a transport back to the very rough times of post 9/11. It was emotional and at times difficult and impossible to hold back the tears.

This was a moving and enlightening experience

We are a family of six ranging from me at 57 to my wife, 47, three girls 15-19 and a 13 year old boy. All of us found the experience very special indeed. I well remember that terrible day in September 2001, when I was in Hong Kong and stayed up for most of the night. This was harrowing enough but I had no idea how terrible the aftermath proved to be, nor that more than 10% of casualties were members of the NYFD. We will remember this unique and insightful experience for a long time.

Small museum -will help us never to forget 9/11

We had a special treat with Gary the photographer there to introduce the exhibits and to answer questions. That made the connection with 9/11 real and personal. The photographs were each supported by the audio story for each one and made the photographs much more understandable with meaning. The exhibits of artifacts were heart rending since they showed the battering that even those things that survived took. I was amazed that some things survived from Windows on the World, the restaurant where I had eaten several times. Seeing a piece of the American Airlines #11 airliner brought the horror home as did pieces of the World Trade Center glass that somehow survived. The only thing that surprised me was how small the room was, perhaps 25-30 feet square. Even then, it was not crowded since only a limited number are accepted for each two hour slot. And there was enough there that we easily spent the whole two hours engrossed in the material. It will help us "never forget!" Bart Henson

It was an incredible emotionally impacted tour

I loved it. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it very much. The pictures with the audio was so incredible and fascinating to learn more from 9.11. The movie at the beginning made me cry. and the story that touched my heart was the one of the little angels singing the Christmas carols. That was just so amazing that they came all the way from Texas just to sing for those guys. I loved every minute of it and had plenty of time to listen to all the pictures that I wanted to. It was worth the money. Thanks so much!!!!

A Moving Experience

Highly recommended, the tour guides were fantastic, they explained everything in great detail not just about that tragic day but about Gary Suson himself. This was made easy as they keep groups attending to a minimun and don`t cram big groups into the room. My family left the museum feeling very emotional but i`m pleased we attended this event and l had the opportunity to learn about things we had not heard on the TV. Roger, Theresa, Katie, Gavin.
