| It seemed to us that the photographer has taken advantage of his position to do some very unattractive self-promotion. Much silliness here--kleenex boxes to absorb the tears which the slick film clips were designed to bring, forbidding the picture-taking of a piece of an aircraft because " a piece had been cut off by the heroic photographer and given to a grieving person" Everything just too "slick" for me. The solicited tears appeared to be the prelude to sale of the shirts and souveniers. Why this location? Why not at ground zero? Our visit to St. Pauls Chapel was much more meaningful to us- made this activity unnecessary and in bad taste. |

| We knew it would be memorable from the previous reviews but nothing can prepare you for the 2 hours that you spend with Gary. The film footage is particularly emotional and we now understand the need for the boxes of tissues placed around the room. The tour of the images and artifacts is very professionally presented, please take time and try to see & hear them all. Don't be afraid to shed a tear.
And please buy the book "Requiem". We did and will one day hand it to our Grandchildren to help them understand how the world changed forever on 9/11. |

| It far exceeded my expectations. We were lucky in that the photographer conducted the tour and his descriptions and stories were utterly moving. We had tears in our eyes, but they were tempered by pride and, yes, joy that our country came through this stronger than ever. Everyone should see this. |

| Even though I am not American you cannot come here and NOT be touched and moved by the displays at the Ground Zero Workshop Museum. It's not large, but it's very well thought out and even manages to show humorous moments as well as very sad stories to hear about. You will see photos, pieces of glass from the World Trade Center, you can even touch it! You will be given an audio guide with numbers on the items which will explain to you what they are and what they mean. Staff are available to help and answer questions. One of the highlights of my visit to New York! |

| It was a real opportunity to see the other side of things not shown on the TV or documentries. It gave a great insight into the work, stresses, tears, and laughter of the people searching for remnants of thier loved ones.It was one of the highlights of our visit to New York. |

| We were very fortunate to have Gary Suson himself as our tour guide. We are from The UK, and whilst we were not personally affected by the tragic events of September 11th, we have been touched by the emotion and stories ever since.
On arrival you receive an audio headset full of stories narrated by Gary Suson. There are at least 100 exibits each telling their own story, which are both fascinating and sometimes very moving.
If you have an interest in 9.11, for whatever reason, I would strongly recommend a visit to this very unique and special museum. |

| As time passes, we tend to forget the significance and impact the attacks on 9/11 had on the lives directly impacted, the businesses, the City of NY, our country and the world. Many things will never be the same due to the events that took place on that infamous day.
The photography and exhibits displayed in this small but extremely meaningfull museum, is something EVERYONE should see. There is an interactive (audio) message to all of the photos and artifacts -- some describing incredible stories about courage, heroism, etc. There is also a 20 minute video of the story behind the designated WTC photographer who was able to access many areas of the site that no one else was permitted to access.
Well worth the trip. Not suitable for very young children. |

| Our group consisted of 13 and 14 year old Canadian female ice hockey players. The unique format of the exhibit allowed me to introduce/present what I, an adult, know to be important information in a way that was not obviously "educational". |

| My wife & I and both adult children were very impressed by the Ground Zero Museum. Great video to start the experience. We were fortunate to have Gary Suson present & he spoke for 10 minutes & his insight was greatly appreciated. The photos are top-notch & the audio system that allows you to hear the story behind each photo, in Gary's own words, made the photos come alive.
We would encourage anyone to visit this museum. It has an amazing ability to bring you very close to the reality of what this recovery process was like. It will enable you to appreciate & admire the dedication, bravery & sensitivity that was a part of every individual involved in the process. |

| It was informative to here the narratives behind the photos. Mr. Marlon was there and was very gracious to the attendees of the tour.
My only input would be that I wish there was more to view. |
