| I would like to thank Gary for this beautiful portrail of these horrific events. The emotion that is shown in his photographs along with the story being told in his voice is undescribable. The intimate setting is very comfortable and allows you to feel at home. My husband and I stayed for about 1 1/2 hours and could have stayed longer. We were not rushed and were able to move around the gallery at our leisure. Gary thank you again for doing all that you have done and are still doing for our Firefighters. My God be with you and comfort you for all you have seen and done.
My husband and I expected you to be much older than you are to take this orginally on yourself than accepting the appointment, we assumed that you had seen war or have been a firefighter/EMT in the past to be able to tolerate the horrible things you have seen. You are a fine young man telling a beautiful story about a horrific event in our nations history. Kudos to you! |

| This was Awesome, I recomend it to anyone looking for details about 911, what these Firemen and rescuers went thru on that day..... I found this to be very Informative, and it made me Proude of our Firemen and resuers, the way they handled them selves and the Honor they brought to the Victums was outstanding.
I know this 2 Hrs. only scratched the Surface of everything that happened in this Terrible event, this Photaugrapher really lets you understand some of the details , and personnal hardship felt by the firemen and their Families.
I bought the photo book, a must have..... AWESOME......
Thankyou....... Tony Delmonico

Individual |
| It's a rare thing to have such individual guidence in a museum. The space is small and therefore you are able to really begin to process the magnitude of 9/11.
It's a very special and unique experience compared to larger museums and gives a feeling of what that day must have been like for people who were actually in NY as oppossed to what people saw through the media watching from around the world. |

| The cost of the tour is a bit pricey, but ulimately it was worth it in the end . (Besides, the money goes to a good cause!) This museum is a very small space with A LOT to see, feel, and reflect upon. It's tiny space was initially disappointing, but after viewing the photographs and hearing the stories behind them, I realized the intimacy of the space really enhanced the experience. It was a very moving day. I recommend this tour. |

| The day we went was a special day as Gary Suson was there. It was a special treat to meet the man who took all these rare photos. This is a must see, the museum is small but the impact is very real. It will leave you speachless. |

| We had a great emotional experience at the museum. We were able to meet the photographer and my wife was so impressed that she gave him a hug. It was a highlight of our trip to New York. |

| This is an exhibit that transports you to ground zero from the moment that you walk in. Gary Suson has organized the workshop in an effective way starting from the first day through the last day of recovery. He gave a presentation explaining how he became the only photographer allowed in ground zero to document the efforts through pictures and he also shared his experience as he was taking some of the photos on display. After the presentation you are free to walk around. The photos are displayed in different ways - some are three dimensional, others have actual WTC rocks, dust, debris strewn about them. Also on display are some of the items used in the recovery and items found. As you view them you have the use of a hand held audio device. Each picture/item has an identifying number, when you enter the number you hear an explanation when, where, and what was happening. This is an excellent method to use in this type of display - it allows you all the time to take it in. He has sofas and stools around where you can sit in "awe" before moving on. Do not let the size of this gallary fool you, soon you will discover that this small intimate gallary is one of the largest displays you have seen, heard and felt. We highly recommend it! |

| The actual facility is much smaller then I imagined but packed full of visual memories. Definitely worth the trip and time spent. I would recommend visiting to any one -- any age. |
