| This was a very moving experience. Suson is a wonderful and caring person and this is so clear in his photography. Intimate and informal setting but so meaningful. I highly recommend it. |

| We cannot explain how we both felt during a visit to this museum. The information available, the artefacts you can see, feel, touch is absolutely true and amazing. It makes you think and feel for all involved on 9/11. Although we have no connection or knew anybody or lost their life or from the rescue of it all, we felt part of it, which was comforting. I would highly recommend a visit to the musuem. The audio tour was very informative and personal as you could absorb the information given by yourself with peace and quite and truly have some kind of idea of what these people went through. We were very lucky and to have personally met the official photographer Gary Marlon Suson. |

| The GZ Museum Workshop was an awesome experience. It was a very unique way to remember and pay tribute to the heros of 9/11. The interactive experience was unlike most other museums. We could take as much time as we liked listening to the stories and asking questions of the artist/photographer, Gary. It was an intimate setting which made it a very personal experience. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone. We will never forget the events of that day in history. |

| This tour is very nice because you get to go at your own pace. You get an overall introduction, but then are able to explore the pictures that you want to learn more about and in the order that you wish. We were able to meet the photographer and that really did provide a strong connection and insight into what he was thinking when he shot some of the pictures. It was also nice that the environment was intimate. Our children were able to "listen" at their own pace too and perhaps grasp more than we anticipated. We are glad we found this place and experienced it during our stay in the city. It truly was a highlight.

| This was a pretty moving exhibit, it was tasteful, thoughtful and its really a shame it exists because of the tragic events, it gives an insight into those this event directly affected, we where all affected that day but this lets you see the people and how it affected them without the hype or anger |

| This is a rather obscure little mesuem that should be on every tourist's map who visited New York. It is not found on the NY pass or NYC city pass but those who found this tour will be greatly reward with an insightful look into the recovery work at ground zero. It was rather emotional tour and many participants weeped just minutes into the presenatation. If you value freedom & humanity, this tour is an absolute must. |

| The whole time spend was enjoyable, the guide was knowledgable and pleasant. The way the display is set up is excellant, and the photographs are fantastic.
The only negative was the guide mentioned' I spoke to Gary Suson a few minutes ago and he is likely to call in and spend some time with you today' obviously Gary did not appear, i think this is a common comment and one which came across as a 'tourist pleasing ploy'. If it was likley I apologise however I doubt it very much, therefore why put it into the guides commentary.
More photos signed by Gary Suson would have been preferred, a signed book and i would have made a purchase but there were non.

| If anyone professes to be a lover of New York, then you must see this. I have been traveling to New York as a tourist for the last 25 years. This museum is by far the most meaningful that I have ever visited. It is a bittersweet pictoral storytelling of the fall of the World Trade Center Twin Towers. Mr. Suson certainly captured the heart of all those who lovingly contributed to the recovery, as well as those who sadly were thrown into the chaos, not by choice. The love that poured through all these efforts is very evident. It was a special privalege to meet to Mr. Suson. We were able to ask him questions about his past, and what lead up to the World Trade center tragedy for him. We were able to ask how he is now and and how this whole experience has changed his life to date. Finally we asked him about his future, and what lies ahead for him. The entire workshop was meaningful to me as a person and as an American. Please go see this!! It will make you proud to be an American. We must never forget !!! |

| I would [and have] enthusastically recommend the Ground Zero Museum to anyone interested in the recovery efforts at the World Trade Center site after 9/11. Mr. Suson's photographs and moving narration offer a truly up-close-and-personal glimpse into the harrowing and heroic efforts of all the people who risked their own lives to ensure that as many victims as possible could be recovered and returned to their families for proper burials. Stories of the K-9 units, the PATH trains and the Band of Fathers were details that were somehow missed by the 'media', but captured by Gary in intimate and fascinating detail. We were blessed to have the photographer appear halfway thru our tour and he graciously answered questions, thanked us for coming and further explained some of the stories behind the photos. Truly an experience not to be missed if you're traveling to NYC!! |
